Johnny and Griffin rock! Excellent recommendations 🥖 on sandwiches and the sauce bar is a pleasant surprise with the Griffin suggestion of bee sting and sizzlin scorpion 🦂. Wow best and cleanest sub shop ever!

My wife and cousin came in and ordered 3 subs, some brownies, and a chili...they came straight home and my steak and cheese sub was soggy and mushy. I called the store and was told they could issue me a credit of 20% off 1 future sub.
This was the offer from either the store owner or GM.
20% discount on a sub for a sub that was inedible. I literally picked the meat off the sub and ate only that.

First they are fales advertising delivery option. The fire house subs. Do not have drivers, as I was told today, A Uber driver comes to pickup. My food was cold, soiled bread all broken apart, and very salty. I called the Mgr. She has a bad attitude 😒. No help at all. I spent 77.00. Not GOOD AT

I have frequented this establishment on several occasions and have always enjoyed my visits. From the fantastic food to the superb service, it is always a pleasure. Alanna is an absolute delight! Her level of customer service is comparable to none! Not only does she know my name, she has memorized my order. In addition to her customer service, she always has a smile and a sunny disposition. Based on the way she carries herself, she is obviously in charge and runs the restaurant in an organized, smooth and stress free manner. Johnny is another employee who is dynamite!! Johnny appears to be Alanna’s second in command. This allows them to run the operation with relative ease. I really can’t say enough good things about this location and these two stellar employees.

Alanna and her crew are the best!!
My family and I were absolutely starving after this hurricane due to no power. We drove all the way from south Tampa to the Wesley Chapel/Land O Lakes area to eat.
It was extremely busy but the employees made sure we were welcomed with a smile and speedy service.
