Dec 26th 6PM, only one person is working, accepting orders and cooking. Did the worst burgers, patties were black and crunchy. Fries also were overcooked. This is not 5 guys level of service what was expected.

Stopped by the Five Guys, and ordered a cheeseburger with fries. Great taste, friendly staff, and a very clean environment. Really enjoyed my visit and will return for sure. Thank you to the team and management.

Lack of care for food presentation. It's a definite No!
First & last time visiting this place! Really messy burger! The girl cashier messed up order twice. Missed a burger & there were no tomatoes on 2 sandwiches & then the cooks didn't put jalapeños on a burger. Upon reaching home, I was highly upset because all those cooks & preps were on the line & could not get a burger right. I called & the manager tried to have me travel 25 miles back to the location for jalapeños & tomatoes. No sir. Didn't even want to remake the burger.
The dining room is disg usting. None of the tables are cleaned, nor is the condiments counter, and both ketchup dispensers are empty.

I don’t normally leave reviews for fast food places, however, I visited there the day after hurricane Milton. While the place was absolutely crazy with about 25 people in line because they were pretty much the only ones open in town, the line went quick, the staff were extremely friendly and smiling, my order was made to perfection. Thank you everyone for working so hard the day after a hurricane!
