A little slow, but a good overall experience.

Brandi at the bar was amazing. Great personal touch with the receipt. Burger cooked to perfection. Loved the ice rail at the bar and my son got to go behind the bar to honk the car horn. First time visitor.

I’ve given Ford’s Garage in Lutz two chances, and both times were a complete disappointment. Terrible service, below-average food, and a complete waste of time. The first time (two weeks ago), I ordered takeout, and the experience was frustrating. The service was slow, the food was not up to par, and the whole process was disorganized. I decided to give them another shot today, hoping it was just a one-time issue. Big mistake. This time, the service was just as bad—slow, inattentive, and unprofessional. When I brought up my concerns to the manager, Joshua, his response was shockingly indifferent. No apology, no concern—just a dismissive attitude, as if my experience didn’t matter. His exact words made it clear he couldn’t care less because they "have plenty of customers." Well, if that’s the case, I won’t be one of them anymore. If you value your time, money, and basic customer service, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere. 👎

So first, and lot went wrong for this review to exist. Imagine a series of bad luck, resulting in a night gone right. We (my wife and I) came after terrible experiences at another location that rejected us due to events at the location requiring a reservation that we did not know was even a thing. We call up a place where we hope they can fit us. Ford's Garage has the space and ability to serve us. We ordered the brisket grilled cheese thing and the fish and chips. The meals were so good. The brisket was bbq and grilled cheese and perfection between toast. Few things on Earth are so satisfying. The fish was 95% fish and 5% batter. It was the best fish and chips I've had thus far outside of London due to the breading to fish and cook ratio experienced. Food is 10/5.
The waitress/bartender was super busy with a party of ten outside but made time for us. She made us feel at home and changed the channel to the specific event we wanted to see. 5/5 easy. She was amazing.
The atmosphere was fun, and Ford centered, which, given the name, is not shocking. But, while Dodge is better, it is fun and inviting to any American who find themselves in the mood for the best of our cuisine.

The food was delicious and our waitress Brandi was excellent. She was very attentive and made us laugh. We enjoyed our time there. We will be back.

If I could rate more stars I would! Brandi the bartender made our experience extraordinary. She is an absolute ray of sunshine & the food was impeccable, as always. Highly recommend the estate burger! (marmalade on the side) + the Ahi Tuna appetizer was excellent (photo provided)

I really wanted to like this place. The menu looks so good but the food is sub par. Tasted like cheap meat and even cheaper flavor. Drinks were more than weak and everything was overpriced. Also not a fan of watching women's basketball news when there was a Chiefs/Bills game on maybe 2 TVs playing it but they were out of sight from my table. Sorry but I would not recommend it. Too many options nearby to settle.
