First time ever here, Alyssa was our waitress, super positive and alert! Then the Manager Gaby came by with a FREE appetizers for first time visit... Food was fantastic, service even better and a LEADER repping his store as happy as can be! Def coming back! Really enjoyed the entire visit! Yaaay Glory Days!

Went to Glory days for the first time yesterday on Christmas Eve. It was super busy in the restaurant. The manager and waitress were so nice even though it was super busy. They have a dedicated gluten free fryer for wings and fries. The chicken wings were really good and so were the French fries! Love when I can get gluten free wings and french fries.

I received mushy fish,inpalible. Fries were missing but received an extra helping of greasy onions. My partner's food was warmer than mine but still very salty. I wrote to the main office and received a $2.37 refund for the missing fries i assume. I won't be back.

This place smelled of pee last time I was in. But the idea of it is really nice. Sports bar with turf outside to play games on. They should add more outdoor tvs and coverage in the front. And really deeep clean the inside of the building. I would reconfirm games and lunch. Food was subpar.

The manager was very friendly and Jillian was the best server! The food was quick and hot and very fresh. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We hung out and we will definitely be back.

Great service and fun atmosphere. Food was mostly good, the grilled wings were very salty and the extra hot sauce was not hot and lacked flavor. The cauliflower pizza however was surprisingly good! Soft pretzels and house margarita were great as well!

Update: I wanted to add that I did send an email per the comment on this review but did not hear back. I sent the email on Nov 7th and today is Dec 4th.
I've been here twice. Once with a friend for dinner - the service was good and the food, also. The second time, I came with my husband because I thought he would enjoy the food. It was a Sunday, we wanted to sit outside because we had a baby who had just fallen asleep and thought outside would be less noisy. They sat us and we looked at the menu, decided what we wanted, even chatted a little and still no one had even come to take our drink orders. My husband went inside and he asked the bartender if someone is coming and she said someone will, we waited another 10 minutes before we got up and left. There was another table outside so we weren't the only ones but it wasn't a priority to serve people outside, I guess. It wasn't even fully packed inside. This is one of the worst things a restaurant could do. I was disappointed because I really thought my husband would enjoy the food there but didn't have the chance to try it. Not sure if we'll try again.

Extremely poor customer service. I tried to rectify an issue where I received inedible, burnt, and dry food and the ‘manager’ took my information down and lied to me about taking accountability for the issue by saying “well I wasn’t working when you ordered.” What does that have to do with anything? Your job is to represent your business to customers, not try to find a reason that you can’t take ownership of the issue.
