Georgene and Jennifer Smith are amazing. Their customer service level was spot on.Although I have noticed that when Georgine is not in the kitchen, the place seems quite chaotic, and the service lacks.
The hero burger is my go to and the Monday burger deals are also a great value option.Their bourbon butter cake is delicious and the sliders are well made + taste fresh

I wish that to go order customers were treated with the same respect and urgency as those who are seated. What's the point in even tipping for carryout if the staff is just going to forget about my order? I have to go inside and remind someone that I'm out here waiting even after checking in on the confirmation email link because my order apparently was just sitting in the kitchen getting cold everyone forgot about it. The excuse? The manager sent the to-go order person home.Seriously, you guys can do better.
