I dont know what the problem is in your restaurant for delivering at night through door dash but I feel like it must be a party of teenagers that don't want to work. I have ordered from this restaurant 40 minutes before closing. They wait 40 minutes with no confirmation and just wait to cancel the order at closing time. Horrible considering hungry howies used to be one of the fastest in the area to serve up a pie. WOW What a way to throw away money. I SURE HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS AND SEES YOUR DISREGARD FOR THEIR BUSINESS. This is very unprofessional. I've ordered an hour before closing time and still the same scenario happens! This place refuses to honor orders at night which is super frustrating because you're a PIZZA PLACE! I will no longer order from here ever again. I've lived in the area for 35 years and this place has always been great until the last few years. I get it covid happened and operating hours changed but please honor your hours of operation.

Wonderful people allowed us to preorder a heart shaped pizza. It was delicious. Not to mention the wings and a surprise of herb bread sticks in the box. It was ready & hot at pick up time. Everyone was so polite.

We ordered over the phone and asked for a specialty pizza made as special to order half meatlovers half supreme. When we brought it home clearly, it wasn't what we ordered. We also ordered wings with cajun bread. I got so sick from eating this pizza. This was the 1st time i ever ate at Hungry howies full of disappointment. When i looked at the receipt, it was wrong!
The staff at this location should be embarrassed. It would not be at all surprising If they were drunk and stoned. Slurring their words and forcing me to state my order multiple times. The pizza was terrible. These guys don't deserve the paychecks they take homeThe location near target on Bruce B Downs is consistently excellent. Go there instead.

Love Hungry Howies but this is the WORST location. Rude drunk workers, gave us the most god awful pizza I've ever EVER seen. When we asked about a refund or remake all we got was attitude from the "manager". Everyone at this location should be fired. Disgusted. After a long day of moving this is the last thing we wanted to deal with.

This location messed up my last order by leaving off two toppings if the three I requested. It happens. I get it. Called to let them know and they "credited my account" with a free pizza. Called tonight to make an order. First call, I was speaking with someone from another country so clearly they outsource! That said he directed me as to what to do. I called back and pressed #5. I ended up on the phone with what I assume was a manager - she stated she did not see me in the system and asked what was wrong with my last order. I explained what happened and she stated she could not see a credit to my account. I told her when I called they told me they would credit me with a free pizza and she stated again she didn't say anything in my account. She had a somewhat snarky attitude to which I replied "no problem I will call another pizza restaurant." That's just terrible and I was actually going to order a second pizza. It's not like I was surfing for a free pizza. Hungry Howies - you used to be a top pick! Not so much now. You just lost a customer!

I called to place an order for delivery. I spoke with a young man for about five minutes—gave him my order, he informed me they were out of an item, talked me through other options, ordered something else, gave him my name and address… he then suddenly informed me “sorry for the inconvenience but I was just informed that we are closed for the night and I can’t take any more orders.” I replied: “your website says you’re open for another hour. We’ve been on the phone for five minutes. Why are you just now telling me this?” He simply repeated what he’d already said. We won’t be back. There are plenty of other pizza options in the area.

Ordered 4 items 2 of the 4 weren’t even right how do you send out a breaded chicken salad with no chicken in it? Just lettuce and cheese, also paid extra for stuffed crust got regular crust. Called the store and they said I can come pick up the fixed item, no thanks after I already spent time and money going to get it. Asked for a refund they said they can give me a credit so we will see if I actually get a credit.

GREAT PIZZA !! this stores service is very applauding super friendly and quick. i've noticed when the younger kids are working there is hardly mistakes i would 100% recommend this store to anyone in the area

i visit hungry howies often theres a specific face i always recognize his name is kellan and he is great always has a smile on his face not to mention how fast he gets orders out.. its unbelievable its almost 10 min wait any time no matter how busy will for sure be a forever customer
