Excellent service! I was given a very warm and welcoming greeting when I first walked in. The place was completely spotless! Ashley & the crew were all awesome! Of all the Jersey Mike's shops I've visited in FL, this location has the best customer service & its the cleanest! Other locations could learn a thing or two from this location.

I had a situation where uber eats was at the restaurant picking up my food and then proceeded to cancel it. They stole my entire order in the amount of over $30!!! The manager Ashley and her associates quickly made me a new order and I received the order for free and didn't have to repay even though it was out of their hands because the problem was with Uber eats!! This restaurant has always been incredible... friendly workers, cleanliness... management ... everything... but this is just yet another reminder of just how good they are!!! Thank you and go to this location!! It's the best!!!

This Jersey Mike's puts all the others in a 30 min radius to shame. These employees enjoy working here, managers are friendly. Those Philly's and subs are made with love lol. There is one much closer to our house, but this one is always worth the drive.

What a great stop today! I went to the Jersey Mikes in the Vandyke Commons plaza in Lutz to order a sandwich for my child’s birthday. The staff were so sweet and accommodating AND threw in a cookie as an extra treat for my child! So kind! Professional, clean, cheerful atmosphere! Yummy food and quick service.
