I had a situation where uber eats was at the restaurant picking up my food and then proceeded to cancel it. They stole my entire order in the amount of over $30!!! The manager Ashley and her associates quickly made me a new order and I received the order for free and didn't have to repay even though it was out of their hands because the problem was with Uber eats!! This restaurant has always been incredible... friendly workers, cleanliness... management ... everything... but this is just yet another reminder of just how good they are!!! Thank you and go to this location!! It's the best!!!

This Jersey Mike's puts all the others in a 30 min radius to shame. These employees enjoy working here, managers are friendly. Those Philly's and subs are made with love lol. There is one much closer to our house, but this one is always worth the drive.

What a great stop today! I went to the Jersey Mikes in the Vandyke Commons plaza in Lutz to order a sandwich for my child’s birthday. The staff were so sweet and accommodating AND threw in a cookie as an extra treat for my child! So kind! Professional, clean, cheerful atmosphere! Yummy food and quick service. Thanks to the staff today :)

Not happy at all with my sandwich I ordered it mikes way just no lettuce and I got barely any meat on my sandwich not to mention everytime I go into this store the employees look like they don't wanna be there and have attitudes ? I frequent this store a lot because it's close I'm just upset that I paid almost $50 for 2 combos and git barely anything on my sandwich.

Ordered my sandwich or regular Number 7 and apparently tonight only it means with jalapenos and with some weird relish on it. I can't even eat this so I guess I can't go back to your restaurant now because I can't trust that your food's going to be edible when I order it thanks for being awful.....
