My first experience walking in to pick up an order. I was first in line. And the hostess looked over me as if I not only didn't exist, but didn't even address me. She instead called the next group of 6 people to follow her to the table. I guess I don't look like a paying customer because there is only 1 of me. The hostess looked like she hated her job and her customers more. Never greeted me when I came in.
And guess what. The family who followed her? They stopped and asked If they had just cut in line!!
Even they knew the hostess wasn't fair. I don't care how the food tastes. Part of the food is the service. I will not be coming back. There are plenty of other diners. And sitting here, She still hasn't said good morning to me. Though she seems to preferentially call out to those who are dressed upper class. I'm not dressed badly at all. Relaxed sweats, shirt and shacket with a cross body bag and headband. I'm a normal individul I seriously don't understand. And I don't smoke or drink or have history of drug useage. So there is no reason or cause for preferential treatment beyond the staff focusing on money over service.
Also.. Pull out your order and actually check they get it right. Because they forgot I ordered whipped cream ON THE SIDE. They charged me for the whipped cream and didn't include it in the bag or even on the waffle. When I tried the pancake. The pancake was not cooked. The waffle didn't taste home made. More like bisquick batter which runs through me. And they added high fructose corn syrup to the bag.
So here is the sum up... I paid $35 for 1 pancake, 1 waffle, 4 scrambled eggs, a side of strawberries and whipped cream.. The meal was sub par. The food was not that good, the syrup was cheap and the experience was quite frankly insulting.

Waited an hour for our food and 2 of our 5 didn’t receive. When we requested to speak to the manager, she told us the kitchen was backed up 25 minutes. When we weren’t satisfied with her responses she told us we don’t have to come back. Terrible customer service!

Where do I even begin…. Before I get into the bad parts I will say the hosts are absolutely amazing and got us seated in a timely manner.
Now onto what went wrong. Our server didn’t even greet us nicely it was straight attitude off rip, one person in our party asked for a specific drink and she replied with so much attitude towards him, we ordered our food fairly quick, chicken tenders & fries, cheeseburger & onion rings, panini sandwich w/ fries & chicken & waffles.
Cheeseburger: top bun was cold & then the bottom was soggy. Didn’t even come with the stuff that was asked to be on it, instead of the server asking to bring it back & correct it she just brought it out and she had to remake her sandwich at the table.
Panini sandwich: the sandwich wasn’t even pressed. It was simply thrown together as if it was a regular sandwich.
I absolutely love kekes but this location disappointed me on so many levels, I understand having a bad day happens but to take her frustration out on us wasn’t fair.

The last two times we have been here the service has been poor. Last month they lost our order and didn't realize it for 25 minutes and had to resubmit it. This time our server Freddie was great but when Jess brought out the food her attitude was horrible. She was not friendly and made me not even want the food. Just be sure Jess isn't your server and that they don't lose your order and you should be good.

Our group has been going to this location every Saturday for about 6 years. Even during 2020 we still ordered breakfast and enjoyed it in the parking lot to support our favorite breakfast spot. They now have a new manager which has brought the new rule that we can’t be seated until our entire group is present. While I understand this if there is a wait, there has never been a wait at the time we go every Saturday. And, to make matters worse some members of our group have been met with less than pleasant hospitality by the management and front office house staff. Unfortunately our group will be seeking a new breakfast spot to patronize.

absolutely ridiculous. Asked three times for our toast. Waiter that brought out meal said he was getting it. He Never came back. While he was by kitchen I asked another waiter to ask him about the toast. The second waiter told me they are working on it. Our waitress was busy chatting to regulars that come in every Friday ( place was at 10% capacity). When we ordered our drinks asked for water. Third request and 20 minutes later finally got water. Asked our waitress about toast and told her the eggs were now ice cold. She offered to have new ones made. She came out with new eggs and still no toast. Finally toast and extra butter (requested for at time of order for waffle). Too bad that half of waffle is now cold. I cash tip normally 30% due to how hard food service is. Sometime more when the service is good,20% if the suck. Today I will leave 20% tip but not cash. Let Bidenomics get their share of the 20%. Really rethinking this KeKe’s. Time to venture Wesley Chapel to see if they are any better.
