We were so disappointed with the manager and the cooks today. We ordered filet and half of the steak was fat which is really interesting because filet isn’t supposed to have that much fat, if any. We told our waitress and she told the manager. They offered to give us a new steak but we didn’t want to make their cooks have to cook that again…and they still charged me full price for a steak I couldn’t even eat because I was so grossed out. We normally go 2-3 times a week to eat there but now we will never go again.

Today, mother's I got a Togo order. One steak was over cooked, other one was under. Shrimp was tossed and soggy ( never asked it to be tossed, said was supposed to be on the side) On easter, steaks were over cooked, some orders were wrong. Both times spent over$100 and this is what we got for it.

Longhorn Steak house is one of the better steakhouses in town. The food is top quality and fulfilling, the bartenders are very attentive to the customer and service was top notch. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a watering, tasting, grilled perfect steak and side items were plentiful, go to Longhorn and get your eat on.
