Another server came up randomly and asked to know who sat us in the both in the middle section from the host/hostess asked if some guy in a beard did like some kind of prank. Not sure who she was referring to.Manager(tall and bald) that worked 4/6 around 5pm-6pmdinner actually spoke to me like I was dumb because i complained about the steak was a black pepper bomb which is all i tasted and told me that it was standard procedure in terms of seasoning and I was suppose to ask for less seasoning. Excuse me? How am I supposed to know I could ask for less seasoning? I don't need to do this anywhere else. This is like my first time here and the last. There are better restaurants in the area.Unless you don't know how to cook or season food, then this is your place to go.

This is our go to steak house. The sirloin steaks are always amazing, it's clean, comfortable, and the tv's at the bar area all work so I snuck in some sports. Best of all is the blue cheese dressing & and salad.
We were here about a year ago. Service was great, food was delicious and the manager was very friendly and professional when checking to see if everything was okay while we were eating and as we left.Well fast forward to 2024. Dirty table, angry server and very long wait to have our order taken once seated. Over 30 minutes. We arrived about 9:00pm. The restaurant closes at 11:00 and the server was busy cleaning removing dirty dishes and wiping down tables to come take our order. She did finally bring us some cold bread without any silverware to eat with or plates to eat on. We asked her for silverware and she said, That’s the hostess’s job! Omg, she has 1 job! She then stormed off and we didn’t see her again.Yeah we left.

Extremely disappointed with the management of this place. The waitress was good enough but there was a large party there and the manager was blaming their party for everything that went wrong with our experience. We were seated for 2 hours before getting our food and we were content waiting as long as the food was good. The manager came up to us apologizing for the large party blaming them for our wait. We understood and were ok waiting. When we finally got our food it was all over cooked and COLD. Extremely cold. The manager again came to our table and stated “this is why no other restaurants in this area take parties this big”. The blame was solely placed on this group and the manager did not take any accountability for himself and his staff. I told him I understand being backed up but that should not affect the quality of the food. He then told me to let the waitress know if I wanted them to remake our food. Never said sorry, just took the food we didn’t eat off the bill and compensated the appetizers. I really just wanted to see some accountability and less blame on the poor party that was just there trying to enjoy their night.

The server we had was so attentive and her customer service was top notch even though she was super busy, she was awesome! No problems with our service during dinner. However, I watched the manager for close to an hour just stand in one spot and overheard her continuously talking down to ALL of the employees. Servers were great but manager was extremely rude to all the staff in front of multiple tables.

We had an outstanding visit. Our steaks were perfectly cooked, they brought plenty of bread, and we shared an awesome dessert to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The people at this location are wonderful! Shout out to our server, CiCi and her manager. You absolutely MADE our visit perfect!
