First of all unprofessional Gen Manager making pizza not washing there hands cursing at the driver smoking outside fighting with the employees like really you need to fire everyone. I am calling the health department! I am really surprised you are still open.

The last order from here was not a good experience. For the 2nd time, they put green peppers on our pizza when we asked for and the ticket shows green olives!! When picking up the pizza, the person at the counter told us to “wait a minute “ which turned into 9 minutes of her taking a call in order!!!!! Our pizza and wings were cold. Their food is so good but today was not a good day.

Big mouth low life repeated my card information very loud on Monday morning, she said she was the manager, as suspected, ever since, multiple purchases were attempted to charge on mycard had been made & an additional tip was added !!! She better be fired I will not be back until she is gone !!! Watch out owner you got a thief on your hands.

Worst Marco’s Pizza I’ve been to. Online tracker says order is ready but one of the pizzas is nowhere to be found.Lady making pizzas is sneezing inside her shirt and no one has gloves on even though they are picking up the phone, working the register and doing pizzas at the same time.Seems very understaffed for an afternoon.

Have been to this location 3 times. 1st time 2 young men were efficient, friendly and pizza prepared quickly for carry out. The past 2 times includes today...2nd time female outside door, smoking and talking loudly on phone, other female inside never acknowledged us. Today, an uber/door dash person waiting patiently. I finally asked "had he been acknowledged" he replied no. Stood there approximately 7-10 minutes. Finally a female addressed him. I left and will not be back. Unprofessional and uncaring.

I'm so tired of trying to use one of their coupons, just to have their system say the coupon is not valid. Or an error comes up saying the coupon can't be used. So over it. Large 2 topping pizza for $9.99 just to have it show as $15.99 plus delivery fee in the cart. Can you say Bait and Switch? I give it 2 stars just because the pizza is good, but I'm tired of trying to use their coupons just to get ripped off.

We use to make this location our preferred but after tonight we will be going elsewhere. Called order in at 6:26, got there at 7 after we were quoted 25 min for carry out, Waited 30 minutes listening to them lose order after order and curse about it at one another and didn’t know where ours was so we. asked for refund and left.

Ordered a large thin crust pizza for delivery. Pizza arrived with undercooked crust. Called and spoke a person who wouldn't give me their name. She/they/other, stated that they can give a $20 credit on next order, or they can make another one and charge another delivery fee or I can come pick up the new pizza order and not be charged for delivery. She/they/other would not stop talking so I could explain why I felt that they needed to make a new one and deliver it, since this one was undercooked.

As far as chain restsraunts go this is top notch. Love this pizza! The crust is great with many flavor options. Love that garlic and that parmesean. The make them pizzas quick and they be tasting mighty fine!
