Me and my kids they love Marcos pizza I’m with this location from 2016 around more ten years no thing issues until she comes new bland girl she hew mangers she so bad service and always miss up my order and she’s not respect clients

I was introduced to Marco's Pizza a few weeks ago... OMG... It's so delicious and perfect. We order every week ever since. We love the dough thickness variety.... The garden pizza is my favorite.

Went there last time the pizza wasn’t the best wanted to give it another try and EBERADO made it to perfection! Only coming here when he’s working! pizza was so good hot honey!

Craving pizza and usually frequent the location in Zephyrhills (Summertree Plaza). Same pizza, can't really get the flavor profile wrong. However, at least the Zephyrhills location looks at the order and more often than not, makes the pizza the way I order it. Light cheese, light sauce, pretty basic. This was an order and pick up at the location.

- They were busy (online orders) but had time to grab a quick pic of a co-worker displaying food spilled on the floor and then send it to a fellow employee that happened to miss that shared moment of humor.
- I should've looked at my pizza before leaving. However, I waited over 30 minutes and wasn't willing to wait any further.

Why do you cut pizza into squares? Back to Zephyrhills and ordering online. I think if there's a ticket in front of them or they're staring at a screen, it has a better chance of being accurate. My bad for stopping in this location.

We placed an order at 9:22pm, delivery expected at 9:57. With the location closing at 11pm, seemed like plenty of time. Tried calling at 10:20pm when it still wasn't delivered, no answer and endlessly in waiting que. Drove up at 10:35pm to discover the location is clearly closed way before stated hours.

Not sure if they were closed for Juneteenth or something, but it would have been nice to state that any where and maybe stop accepting online orders.

Food and customer service is always great here!

The I side of this building smells like there are dead rats not appetizing at all

It’s 11:30PM on Saturday and hours state open until midnight. It’s closed. So maybe you should change the hours. I get it it’s but when people work late and want dinner they go to a place that says they are open but they closed. Won’t be going going there ever.

There are 3 within 15 to 20 minutes away from me and none of them deliver to the address.

Spoke with Brandon at Marco’s Wesley Chapel when I was having issues ordering online. This young man has worked 10 hours at this point but you could not tell! You can hear his smile through the phone, eager to assist and accommodated me with my order! I don’t know what training Marco associates go through but these people never miss when it comes to customer service! They will absolutely always get my business as long as they continue this! Brandon didn’t realize the long stressful day I had hence why I didn’t want to cook 😅 Thank you Brandon for making me forget all of it! May God repay your great deeds in abundance 🫶

Ordered a special was charged over the price, then when I mentioned it I was told because of the hurricane and everything going on it wasn’t one, then I was told oh yea it is then charged the regular price I told the guy taking my order that I specifically did not want a certain sandwich when I got to my job it was the exact one I said I did not want. Fast forward my food was just sitting there and he watched me wait I had to ask someone in the back for it when he walked out. this was my first time here and definitely last time!! We do not pick and choose who to be nice to with paying customers especially ones that’s not rude!!

Ordered a large sausage pepperoni pie brought it home and found out it had no sauce!!! Called and complained to one of the kids and all I got was sorry sir that's how we make our pizza so I wouldn't recommend going to Marcos for pizza unless you don't want sauce
