Multiple experiences at this point of placing an order and items missing from the order upon pickup. No way to get ahold of anyone with any authority to make it right. When you call the location they simply pass the phone around to other employees who give you rude remarks. Avoid this location until they hire mature professional staff.

This is by far the worst McDonalds in the area. I wish I could post pictures of how awful the food I ordered and received was. I ordered a Mcrib value meal the Mcrib came in a Deluxe McCrispy box, bbq sauce all over the inside of the box, the Mcrib was on a circular pretzel bun and was hanging out both sides. Just awful! Clearly the people working here don’t care about their Jobs or this location. There is obviously zero quality control from anyone, not the person making it or the person checking to make sure the order is correct. We were better off with the Wendys. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. It’s a shame, since it is less than a mile from my house.
But, I would rather drive an extra mile or two than get anything from this location.

People who leave bad reviews are the same people who order abunch of food, make it very complicated e.g (a double cheeseburger with no pickles, add Mac sauce, extra cheese, and add bacon) and expect it to be done immediately. We are trained to make the food very fast, but when people have to customize what’s on the burgers, That’s when we have to actually stop for a second and read what they want and that takes TIME. So If you don’t like the way, your food is or how long it takes, just cry about it.

Not sure how to leave a review. The guy sounded like he was inconvenienced by us trying to order and was rude and kept saying yep in the rudest way so we told him cancel order. Please hire people who need a paycheck and want to work!
Chicken nuggets were stale almost inedible. Fries tasted undercooked and probably sat for a while before I got them. The burgers were fine.

Should have read the reviews before I decided to eat here. No employees present, constant beeping from something being done, and you wait a long time for the food and the drinks since you can’t get your own drink. The person that did come out with my food was very pleasant, and the person cooking brought me ketchup was also very nice. But both seem spread too thin. Restaurant didn’t look like any of the tables have been wiped. I’m thinking they need some more help.

Worst location ever waited 10 min for a wrap yo then be told it will be another 10 min when only 2 people were in drive thru!!! Insane manager comes to give a refund and is rude and slams the door in my face when trying to ask a question. Why did you open this location if there is no training
