People who leave bad reviews are the same people who order abunch of food, make it very complicated e.g (a double cheeseburger with no pickles, add Mac sauce, extra cheese, and add bacon) and expect it to be done immediately. We are trained to make the food very fast, but when people have to customize what’s on the burgers, That’s when we have to actually stop for a second and read what they want and that takes TIME. Should have read the reviews before I decided to eat here. No employees present, constant beeping from something being done, and you wait a long time for the food and the drinks since you can’t get your own drink. The person that did come out with my food was very pleasant, and the person cooking brought me ketchup was also very nice. But both seem spread too thin. Restaurant didn’t look like any of the tables have been wiped. I’m thinking they need some more help.
When I went to this McDonald's I had already ordered my food on my phone and was picking it up from inside. The place was jammed packed with people. Im assuming its a local high school hang out. Very busy. I ordered a 20 piece nuggets and a quarter pounder with cheese with extra onions but what I received was quite different.
