Can't even take an order. Asked for a meal and got only a sandwich. Drive through menu wasn't even connected, just an error screen.

The new person you have recently hired or that has been transferred to your location is AWFUL!!! KS# 13 SHOULD NOT WORK THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!! Terrible, Unpleasant Demeanor is what she delivers at the Drive Thru window. I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years and this is the first time I have had to encounter this behavior from you staff. She should definitely be monitored or perhaps moved to the Lobby to take orders then you would see/understand that she is not a Customer Service Oriented Individual. I come to your location because it is close to my Job. I am going to strongly consider going out my way to patron the McDonald's close to my place of residency but a little out the way for me. Please, please reconsider putting her at the Drive Thur window.

The signs on the store says it's open 24 hours, and it's lit up all night like it's open, but is in fact not. Manager, please at least turn the lights off so people like me and loads of others don't waste our time sitting in your clothes to drive thru, turning hunger into hanger

First of all the employees. This one girl with glasses has so much attitude like just do your job bro and the mens bathrooms god horrendous its so flithy theres water at the floor uncleaned toilets and it smells bad and the drinking station looks like it hasnt been touched for years its nasty do not recommend this mcdonalds for dine in for drive thru probably is better but does not change the fact that the employees are rude anything but doing their job i swear to god.

Absolutely no customer service. They will just tell you okay and not attempt to help you with a problem. After the kiosks, online ordering and my rewards weren't working they just told me sorry and did not attempt to resolve my issue. I told them I was going to leave because it wasn't my fault and they simply said okay. Made me mad enough to stop eating at McDonald's period. There are way better restaurants nearby.

One of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Patty was rock hard bun was rock hard forgot to add condiments for some reason bacon was in my burger when I never even ordered bacon. My Mc crispy had literally only tendons of the chicken I do not even know how that is possible. They forgot the sauce I paid for. And this is the only review I have made for a fast food place or any place. my experience was so bad I had to leave a review.

The young man at the window must have been high or something, he got out prefer wrong multiple times. Forgot to give us our sauces, our straws, and our drinks, as well as a 6 count nugget. We had to ask numerous times for those items, and made it clear what drinks we had and then gave us a watered down dr pepper that had been sitting on the counter for a while, and then gave us a coke instead of a Dr Pepper for our other drink. He was rude and close the window in the middle of us asking for our missing items. We’ve been going to this location for a while and have never ran into any problems till now. Was super disappointed.

I did not know this. There are workers out there that don’t make mistakes. (PERFECT) Came here the other night with friends. Unfortunately, my buddy has dementia. But he does well most of the time, but he has his moments. We got done eating and the granddaughter wanted to play. My buddy forgets where he was and lite a cig. By mistake.

As soon he lite it he realizes and put it out before he even took a puff. A few minutes later the manager came over and was very rude and kick us out. I guess she is PERFECT. She asked if someone was smoking. He right away said it was him and it was a mistake and put it out right away. I hope someday she doesn’t get sick when she gets old.
