September 12, 2025 how hard is it to tell you that I do not want a hot spicy chicken wrap twice? This is the second time I’ve asked for a light ranch chicken wrap and that I did not want it to be spicy and you go OK OK but what happens when I get home it’s friggin spicy. How hard is it to understand Not spicy.
There’s nothing wrong with the food but the place is filthy the floor has dirt all over it there’s food everywhere the garbage cans are full the beverage section is disgusting You need to take time out and clean The whole dining area Plus floor is very sticky

Very nice ambiance... they don't have call ahead seating.. so there's no guarantee you'll be seated in a reasonable amount of time. I am well connected so I just mentioned that I knew the chef, so i had a table in no time. Mostv likely due to my name dropping, the food arrived fast. I must have arrived late because I didn't see the hors d'oeuvres menu. They must have run out of Chilean sea bass, but filet de fish on a artisanal bun was available. The presentation was exquisitely geometric!! Huzzah!

Ever-time I come through and ask for something Cook to order it never is and I am extremely nice about it and there constantly rude or mess up my orders and never answer the phone today I got an hash brown and it was breaking in half :) and didn’t put whip cream on the drink when I had ask for it and told me there was sauce in the bag and looked and there was none :))))))

Came in waiting to pick up my order & from the employee proceeded to ignore me while eating her nuggets & playing on FB. This was around 8:15-8:20pm. The blonde had to step in and take over. Nuggets open, sauce open & just completely ignoring that I made an order.

There are 2 order windows in the drive thru. I didn't realize this and they just let me sit at the wrong window and finally asked if they could take my order, which prompted me to move to the right window. When I drove up to the other window their mic was still on and heard them laughing at me and making fun of me. I was bullied when young so this made me uncomfortable. Ruined my morning. Don't go here. Bunch of bullies.

Fast, friendly and my food actually looked like the picture. Burger was picture worthy (I already ate it) and my fries were perfectly golden and salted. This is the first time I looked at McDonald’s and genuinely said “wow, that’s perfect”

They need to fix their store hours online and in the McDonalds app . It should not let orders go through if the building is close .
This location is slowly getting worse. I stop here often for breakfast and lunch but I have decided to no longer eat at this location. The food is always cold, the drink is always flat and the prices keep going up. The past three visits have been very poor at best. This week I stopped to get a bagel sandwich combo with a drink. I was told you were out of Dr Pepper at 10 am. So I opted for a sprite. The cost was over $11 to include an extra charge for the Sprite. When I picked up my food I was given a small Sprite. When I questioned the size of the drink compared to the $9 meal I was told it only comes with a small drink and I was charged extra for that anyway. When I opened my sandwich, the bagel was not toasted and the cheese was cold. $11 for a meal that was cold and not heated with a small sprite. Horrible. Last week I ordered the two cheeseburger combo. Again the cheese was cold, the sofa was flat and the fries were stale. Not a very good location. Someone needs to step in and evaluate their processes
