Disappointing Experience!
I recently attempted to dine at this restaurant and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. After being seated, we waited and waited for our order to be taken. We inquired and were told the bartender was supposed to take our order. The poor girl not only had the bar to serve but also several other tables
including ours.
She was indeed overwhelmed and unresponsive. It was frustrating to see other tables receiving their meals while we remained empty-handed. The atmosphere was nice, but the service was lacking and left us feeling neglected. Our order was never taken not even water, so we left and the girl at the front desk wished us a good evening😂.

I hope they can improve their communication and service in the future, as I was really looking forward to enjoying a meal there. For now, I can’t recommend it based on my experience.

Our server Mel was the best! We were trying to decide between four pizzas and she let is know we could do half and half. The pizzas were very yummy and cheesy and gooy.

The food met my expectations, but I was disappointed with the service. During my visit on a Friday night at 6 PM, I was informed there would be a 20-minute wait despite observing at least six empty tables throughout the restaurant. I approached a server to inquire about the wait time and the empty tables, but she left to speak with someone without providing a clear response. Another staff member then approached me to ask if I had been assisted. After explaining my situation and the lack of communication regarding the wait time and available tables, I was eventually seated at one of the empty tables within five minutes.

While my server was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu, my pizza was served cold, lukewarm warm at best after waiting about 15-20 minutes for it to arrive. Overall, the service experience fell below my expectations, despite the quality of the food.

They have delicious pizza that is made fresh in house. The chocolate chip cookie was the best I've ever had at a restaurant. I will be back to try more things.
