This place is amazing! Great quality food at a great price. They have been doing all my meal prep for last 3 years. They are the best in the business. Very consistent and meals are incredibly delicious. Menu is always changing up so you don’t get tired of eating same meals. Their staff is super friendly and always there to help. I've tried numerous prepared food companies and finally found Mind Over Matter! They are excellent! The food is exactly the right portions, fresh, varied menu, with detailed ingredients, calorie count and easy to prepare! Just heat and eat unless it is supposed to be enjoyed as is..
It can be delivered or picked up. I pick up as it is close by. The website is easy to use and the response to any question is quickly answered!
The employee (Justin) is always at my pick up location and he is always very efficient. As an added perk he has a smile that greets you and lights up the room! He is always in a good mood and brightens the whole day!
Give them a try. I guarantee you will be pleased with their food and service.

Outside of breakfast, because it's hard to have a big appetite that early, and the 1lb chicken and container of brown rice... these meals are not very filling. Is this diet only? Like, the average of my meals is 500 calories... that's 1500 for the day. I'm gonna lose weight. On top of that, I ordered extra protein. What's wrong with some extra carbs? Plenty people load up on carbs and are in great shape. I feel like these meals are slapping me in the face and also my aching stomach that produced enough bile for I think close to two times this portion. Now cue headache, stomach ache, and a hard time focusing on much of anything, lest I eat two of these things and just totally throw the whole point out the window of having pre made meals... AIR PLANE PORTION.

These guys rock. I have a sensitive stomach, the food never bothers me. It tastes great. They’re always on time and have fantastic customer service

I have been a regular customer and getting ready to sign back on with them...there is a lot of variety in the meals and I don't have to worry about cooking or counting my macros...I have also tried a lot of other meal prep companies and meal prepping myself and this is by far the most affordable and tastiest one!

I absolutely LOVE the quality of food and the quality of customer service from Mind over Matter! The meat never tastes rubbery and seriously EVERY single meal I have ordered tastes SO FRESH ! This is hands down, the absolute BEST company to order healthy delicious meals from! Every other meal company I have ordered from has been overpriced and poor quality. Usually I don’t write raving reviews like this but, Mind Over Matter Meal Prep is one company that has never disappointed!

This company has saved my life! Adding cooking on top of a busy schedule is the last thing I’ve wanted to do recently, especially creating healthy meals that aren’t the typical bland chicken and rice. I heard about Mind Over Matter from a friend and decided to give it a shot considering the affordability and delicious looking meals. I am blown away to say the least! I’m starting my 4th week of orders and I genuinely cannot say enough good things. The meals taste amazing, they portions are perfect for my lifestyle, and the company has great communication. I love that the meals change each week as I look forward to Mondays to see what’s next!
