First time here.. Food was awesome!!! James at the counter was great, friendly, patient and helpful to a couple that had never been here before and helped explain the menu. The team also checked on us multiple times to make sure our experience went well. I'm definitely a fan of this place and will be back!!!

Yesterday, September 25th, 2025, I ordered a catering order for Pasco Sheriff’s office as my company Monolith Forensics hosted a training for the department and surrounding law enforcement agencies. The Mission team in Land O’Lakes, FL exceeded expectations in all they did. The order was prompt and ready when I arrived, and they ensured all utensils, plates and food was accurate to the order. They even offered me a beverage while they were gathering the order together. They assisted me in loading my vehicle and were happy to help. They were courteous at every turn and exemplified Mission’s mission to the community. We will definitely use Mission again!

The food was great, but the service stood out even more. When I showed my military ID, the cashier asked my name and how to spell it. I said it didn’t matter, and she smiled and replied, “It does matter.” Then she told me her name was often misspelled as Heidi, and I guessed the spelling, spelled it out — H-E-I-D-I — and gave a little “Success Kid” fist motion she said that I nailed it. That small, fun exchange left me smiling just as much as the BBQ filled me up.
