I came in for lunch and a young girl helped me make my plate. I've never been to Panda Express before and had no idea what to get. Melody greeted me with a smile and helped me make the most delicious 😋 plate! I'll definitely be back again due to the exceptional customer service I received from her.

The food at this Panda is always good, but the service this time was extremely disappointing. I went through the drive-thru and not only was the employee taking my order rude, but when they brought the food out to my car, they forgot several items. I had to drive back around, and the car in front of me even left from how long he had been waiting.I waited at the speaker again, and nobody ever came. So I pulled up to the window, and a lady looked right at me and then looked away. I honked to get her attention and she completely ignored me. I ended up having to call the store just for someone to come to the window. When I told them I was missing my two orders of rangoons, the employee just closed the window, grabbed them, handed them to me, and didn’t say a single word no “sorry,” no “goodnight,” nothing. Food was good, but the customer service was honestly awful. I hope they improve because this was unacceptable.

Very disappointed in this location! They cannot keep the food available, I ordered online, but I waited another 25minutes after my pickup time. They do not have a line of customer but no one is back there cooking. I never have this issue in other location, won’t comeback here again.

This location has gone downhill so bad. They are always super slow but I deal with it because I like the food. How do you guys close at 10 and are consistently out of things like super greens, white rice and teriyaki chicken at 8PM? And then today after waiting like 14 mins in the line someone comes out and puts this sign up because yall are short staffed. You guys are short staffed but had time to go type something up on the computer and print it out? Whoever is in charge should probably pay more so yall can keep adequate staff. Get it together, you guys genuinely suck.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I went to Panda Express for lunch with my two sons. Not sure why there are negative reviews — we’ve been here three times now and each visit has been great. The food is always fast, delicious, and reasonably priced, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!

Ordered the cashew shrimp, chicken sesame, rice, spring rolls, etc. The food was barely edible except for the shrimp. This place has been better in the past but the last two visits it continues to decline. Nice people working, clean environment, just food that doesnt taste great. I hope they can figure it out.

The food is great however we’ve now been here twice when they’re supposed to be open and for some reason the dining room is locked?? I just wanted to sit down and have a bite to eat but the only option was take out.
