Don’t order online, they never give you the sauce you ask for nor any straws. Just the bare minimum of effort.

Every time I go there, the service is worst, I have wait for so long.. Yesterday I ordered family pack and four people got involved and still they messed up my order.. I had to repeat several times, then one of the customer had to explain what I wanted, when I came home and checked, they did not gave me what I wanted and the teriyaki chicken was not cooked... I asked for chicken egg roles, they did not had it.. I love panda express, but I dont recommend this place.

I’m not sure if Panda Express realizes how much of an impact an employee can have on a customer’s dining experience. Unfortunately, my visit today left me so disappointed that I doubt I’ll return.
The employee named Dominique made my experience particularly unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, Dominique completely ignored me and my spouse as we stood at the counter, despite there being no one else in line. He didn’t say a word, just looked at us and walked away without offering any assistance.
When another employee finally came over to take our order, Dominique began slamming pots and pans loudly, making it nearly impossible for us to communicate. It felt inconsiderate and disruptive, as though there was no regard for the customers. The second employee, while taking our order, seemed equally disinterested, forcing me to repeat myself several times.
I understand that working in a restaurant isn’t easy, but customer service is essential for any successful business. This experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I can’t see myself returning to this location.

I always get the sirloin pepper steak bowl with fried rice and I always ask for no green broccoli stems and the employees usually give me a hard time but I'm allergic so I can't eat the broccoli stems. And other than that everything else is pretty good and I give you guys five stars

Terrible service, we will never go back. For 3 times, we went and waited in line to be served for almost 10 minutes and not one attendant even looked us in the face. Terrible service logistics. And when we , finally, managed to order the bowl, it came with 3 or 4 pieces of chicken
