Overall the food and service are what you would typically expect from a Panera bread. The prices of course are a bit high for this type of food. They do offer outdoor seating but it is unfortunately directly in the sun. The service is generally okay with occasional wait times depending on what you order. I’ve tried several different items but the traditional potato soup or broccoli cheddar soup seem to be the best and most reliable when it comes to taste. I suggest trying to find somewhere locally owned like a deli, but even Publix is probably a better option that going here because of the prices.
This location in specific usually does not have a long line in the drive through or inside. The inside is overall pretty standard and well kept.
Parking: In a strip plaza which usually does not have a lot of parking depending on the time of day you go.

I ordered my food by phone during the time we were preparing for Hurricane Milton. They were very polite and attentive. When I came in to pick it up, Krystal helped me and even upgraded my soup for me. Job well done for Panera Bread on Hwy 54 in Lutz.

Clean property. Efficient and courteous staff. Autumn Squash soup is back! Mediterranean and Southwest salads had fresh ingredients.
I ordered for drive thru pick up on a Saturday around 8:56pm. I noticed I made a mistake with my large order & called panera as soon as I noticed to see if I could fix my order before picking it up. Charles picked up. Not only was he professional, he handled my situation so effortlessly and quickly assuring me of it being no issue. He also let me keep the original order. Once I got there to pick up, Niss handed me my order with a warm greeting and was very kind to go out of her way to find out the best way for me to leave them a good rating! Everything was correct and they left nothing out. The food was also delicious. Thank you Charles and Niss! This excellent customer service at the end of a long day means a lot. It’s the little things :)

Pretty standard Panera experience, free Wi-Fi, great place to study. Male restroom comes with a free peepshow!!!. The gap in the stall is perfectly lined up with the door so when you stand up at the toilet whoever is standing at the door gets full showing. :)
