The reason for these stars is, I went to pick up pizza entered the store to 3 employees no one said a word. I proceeded to the counter and stood there for 10 min until they asked me of I was ok. I heard about edibles being taken and trying to leave work conversations all while one guy was getting dough prepped and one was assembling pizzas. In the midst of my waiting another employee entered Papa Johns looked right at me, smiled and walked away. I had to wait 15 min total including the wait for the acknowledgment. Will not return to this location

Absolutely horrible customer service. On hold for 30 minutes to cancel an order. Relying on DoorDash to deliver their pizza is ridiculous. Driver canceled the order and it was just sitting there. An hour later we call and they say they’re waiting for another driver.

Idk why they dont have normal delivery drivers.. my order has switched like 3 door dash drivers and hour and a half later my order still havent arrived at my house.. over $70 order.... someone tell Shaq to make delivery drivers great again.. this unacceptable. 0 stars

If I could give zero I would . The lobby full of confused customers and delivery people not being attended to , ignored . the employees all avoiding the counter so the customers have to go out of their way to beg for their attention. It’s a whole bunch 15-20 year olds lolly gaging and collecting a check. It’s infuriating.

Today, 9/20 I went to place an order and wait for it, and it was a large, regular crust, well done, EXTRA PEPPERONI. My fault to trust them and not open the box, but paid for an EXTRA PEPPERONI and got a regular pepperoni. From now on I'm going to check every order that they give me. Sad part I gave them a 10% tip for nothing. Totally disappointed.

Very unsanitary no gloves while food was being made boneless wings look like the home made chicken nuggets I cook at home garlic bread didn’t even have garlic on it and there was only one person working they didn’t even wash there hands!!! Absolutely disgusting dough was being touched with dirty hand don’t recommend buying from here !!
