3rd attempt to order from here In a couple months. Door dash always updates 20 minutes later. After over an hour and 3 attempts you just have to give up. I've been here all my life mind you and have order from here for years. It just seems like ever since these companies that sub their deliveries are just terrible. I own a business and would never let a subcontracting company take me out of business! Giving the ratings performance of a 3.6 should have caught my attention, but again I've been buying from here for years. Never again

My card was charged three times for the same order. Called the store manager Matthew said oh we can give you store credit. Like are you mad? I want my funds refunded. We order pizza like every 6 months or something…just crazy!!

I ordered my special priced 12 pizza via app. Had trouble getting through to phone order a second pizza for my neighbors. When I got there I told staff I wanted a second large $12 Supreme Pizza. They were very nice and professional. In a short while the second pizza was ready. I was very happy with my veggie pizza and my neighbor loved hers.

My Dad sent me a surprise pizza, when it arrived I was pumped and hungry. As I pulled the first slice, the tip of the slice stayed stuck to the cardboard. I tried another, same thing. They never cooked the pizza, it was a flat disc of semi warm very low quality topping.The pizza was hands down the worst quality I’ve ever seen, that includes Afghanistan Pizza Hut.This was an awful experience, please refund my Dad at earliest availability.

I've never had an issue with this pizza hut in 3 years until now nor have I ever been told I wouldn't be served because they don't want to clean. Me and my wife wanted wings but we're turned down because it would take 30 min to clean if they made them for us. Mind you I called at 10 and they close at 11 so there was plenty of time between. The person might be new but this is horrible customer services and messed up our night.
I've been eating pizza hut all my life and still holds a special place in my heart.some of my best childhood memories were going to the buffet and or turning my book it slip to order my very own pizza and now I get to share that with my kids...

It's a Pizza hut, serving Pizza Hut pizza. I don't know why, but every time I order from this store, the toppings, the cheese, and the sauce, are held back 2 inches from the edge of the pie. I don't need a 2-inch crust.... I prefer those toppings go to the edge, or at least a lot closer than within 2 inches. Also, there is currently no Pizza Hut available to deliver to Hanna road. This is the closest one, and they won't deliver to hanna. I don't know what happened to Pizza hut, but they're no longer available on my neighborhood. Someone should open up a new Pizza Hut franchise on 41 where the other one closed. That one only closed due to lack of proper management, and it only failed to find or have proper management because the owner wanted to run it completely hands off. Franchise business opportunity right there, right now, for anyone looking for something of the such. A Pizza Hut at that location would kill it if it had an owner that had a true interest in the business.

How I ordered 1 dinner box pizza and 2 sides of chicken 8 each., and a Large customize pie total $60 dollars, they only bring me the Dinner box, missing the Large pie. I call them speak to the manager they said they’ll make it and have it delivered, pizza came in 15min. When i got the pizza I received a Medium pizza ? and the pizza wasn’t cook fully. The breading of the pizza tasted Raw and weird. How can they mess up an order 2 times to the same customer.

Left on the phone for quite a while and was never able to speak anyone. Then realized I just need to contact corporate ?
