I used to order from this place all the time on ubereats and finally came in person to pick up my food. I gotta say that it looked better than I had imagined. Everything was clean and tidy, the food looked very fresh, and the staff was super friendly. There was a long line but it was super quick. Will definitely be back again ?
Came into this outlet mall’s food court and there were so many options. Came across pokelulu and the ingredients looked so fresh and they had boba tea (total plus). Ordered myself a customized bowl and a basic boba tea, since you can never go wrong with original.. and I gotta say, I was well impressed. The pricing is about the same as other poke spots I have been to in the area so to me it’s reasonable. Plus the food and drink was 10/10. Definitely will be back if I’m ever in the area again!

You must select a premade bowl or fill out a form. This is different from other poke restaurants.The premade bowl was overloaded with raw purple onions, which ruined the flavor. It was good otherwise. It was extremely crowded, but that was to be expected. The number they are angrily shouting out does not match the number on the receipt. They only say the last two digits. Because it's crowded, there is nowhere to sit. We spent over $50 for two premade bowls. I don't think I will be returning given all the issues unless it improves.
