I used to order from this place all the time on ubereats and finally came in person to pick up my food. I gotta say that it looked better than I had imagined. Everything was clean and tidy, the food looked very fresh, and the staff was super friendly. There was a long line but it was super quick. Will definitely be back again ?

Came into this outlet mall’s food court and there were so many options. Came across pokelulu and the ingredients looked so fresh and they had boba tea (total plus). Ordered myself a customized bowl and a basic boba tea, since you can never go wrong with original.. and I gotta say, I was well impressed. The pricing is about the same as other poke spots I have been to in the area so to me it’s reasonable. Plus the food and drink was 10/10. Definitely will be back if I’m ever...

I ordered an eel rice bowl ($13?). The eel, avocado and ginger were good. The pineapple was fresh tasting but not sweet. The brown rice was overcooked and not high quality . The sauce tasted like sweetened soy sauce and lacked the expected umami seasoning. It made all of the food too salty. I might have been more accepting of the oversalted sauce had the meal not cost so much.
