Just purchased a chimichurri platter through drive-through drove home 30 minutes later to open it up to find out there’s no chimichurri sauce paid $14 for this platter man I feel like I got ripped off. I know it’s a really hard job to put items in a container to sell.

My wife ordered her food with no tomatoes because she is allergic, the receipt says no tomatoes but put EXTRA tomatoes on her chicken casadia. We live 30 minutes from this location so we couldn’t go back. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get refunded. Meanwhile I’m doing this while I’m operating my business and helping my customers! I did get a refund for the specific items but couldn’t do anything for the fact that this took from MY customers experience in MY store. A free Mac n cheese would have at least excused the total inconvenience this was

My lemonade was also missing but I got refunded for that too

This place is pathetic with customer service! They will literally ignore you and keep you waiting without any attention to customers waiting in line or for pick up. They all just act very busy and prepare food slowly and stand around all lost with confusions. ABSOLUTELY NO URGENCY or CUSTOMER CARE! Don’t waste time coming here. There are plenty better restaurants with service in the area. Don’t support this business and consequently some will be fired and replaced with better staff, that’s including the manager in charge.

The entire experience was terrible, if I could rate under a zero I would. I ordered online with a pick up time of 257. I'm aware that sometimes it's not ready when you walk in the door but to stand at the mobile pick up area for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged was absolutely ridiculous! While waiting I experienced the employees being extremely rude to several other patrons of the restaurant. I finally had to call someone over and of course it's ready and had definitely been ready for awhile. We ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches and fries and everything was ICE cold!! The chicken was cold, chewy, and dry and the fries were cold and hard as rocks. We usually go to the Carrollwood location and they are always polite with good, fresh food. I will never go back to this location especially with so many better options in the area.

Very upset with the place and the terrible service, I ordered at 8pm and they didn't take my complete order and I didn't pay attention. Afterwards, they gave me a portion of the food and it turned out that they didn't give me my plate because they didn't charge me for ordering and it took a while. 35 minutes to give me my plate because I didn't have steak and after so much time they give me my plate if the beef buelbo patras and finally they give me the steak and Just six small, tasteless pieces, I'm so disappointed that I like to eat in those restaurants🥹
