We wanted Hispanic food but places we were trying were closed so this was the closest place to us. Service was fast easy and nice. Table we sat at was a sticky but we did see a young lady mopping and cleaning so she may have just missed our area. The food was okay. It was food, my girlfriend didnt really finish her food the only thing she did think was memorable was the mango drink they had there. It was really good. My food was nothing special but it filled me up.

Pollo Tropical is really not what it used to be. No sauce bar, no drink bar, and the prices are way higher than they should be. The quality has definitely taken a dive—I paid $40 for two 1/4 chicken meals, and honestly, it just wasn’t worth it. Really disappointing overall; I wouldn’t recommend it.

It's sad that pollo Tropical is not how it used to be. They don't cook it well and when you bite into it it still has blood in the bone side . This is the second time it happened to me and the last! Won't be going there again.

The food was ok but the service was terrible. The person who was taking our order was incredibly rude, past the point of being tired (which i would understand.) To the extent of borderline-mocking us for not knowing which sauces were available. The food was not worth dealing with that. I always try to give customer service workers the benefit of the doubt but there was no excuse for this. It wasn't even busy.

Just purchased a chimichurri platter through drive-through drove home 30 minutes later to open it up to find out there’s no chimichurri sauce paid $14 for this platter man I feel like I got ripped off. I know it’s a really hard job to put items in a container to sell.

My wife ordered her food with no tomatoes because she is allergic, the receipt says no tomatoes but put EXTRA tomatoes on her chicken casadia. We live 30 minutes from this location so we couldn’t go back. I sat on the phone for 30 minutes trying to get refunded. Meanwhile I’m doing this while I’m operating my business and helping my customers! I did get a refund for the specific items but couldn’t do anything for the fact that this took from MY customers experience in MY store. A free Mac n cheese would have at least excused the total inconvenience this was
My lemonade was also missing but I got refunded for that too
