We sat for an hour before our food was brought to us after 45 mins of waiting for our food. Waiter came by once. We have been in this establishment for over and hour and half and am being held hostage. We need to get the hell out of this place and the waiter is nowhere to be found. This sucks because the food is absolutely incredible!!! Service....absolutely terrible!!

Nickauly was an amazing server. 5 star Great service best Puerto Rican restaurant in the area. The Food and atmosphere is cozy and relaxed and everyone was very nice. We'll be back for sure.

Rice n beans is my family’s go-to place on the weekends. We always ask to sit with Paul because his customer service and care is one of a kind. Exceptional service and best puertorican food in town!

Rice and beans is an incredible place.I really enjoy the atmosphere and professionalism with which they care for you as a patron. We get exceptional service by all servers. However, Paul is an excellent sever with an abundance of knowledge regarding the menu and food all around. We always request him when we go to our favorite restaurant in Wesley chapel.

First time at the rice and beans puerto rican reataurant and it did not disappoint.
As soon as you walk in the reataurant the vibe and music draws you in...the food was amazing, it brought back memories of being back on the island. Our waitress Nickauly was amazing. She was very friendly, attentive and answered all the questions we had about the food...she was simply amazing!! We will definitely be back when we return to this area to visit again!
