Shake Shack Wesley Chapel

After a fantastic experience at another location, the Wesley Chapel Shake Shack was a major disappointment.

The only positive was the very nice gentleman working in the dining room.

Unfortunately, the food and drinks were terrible. The chicken sandwich looked burnt and tasted like it was fried in old oil.
The lemonade was so watered down it had no flavor or sweetness; it was honestly disgusting. The iced tea was just as bad.

The entire meal felt significantly overpriced for the poor quality.

We were totally underwhelmed. The good pickles and fries couldn't save this experience. We will not be returning.

Although the food was good, we were in a party of 6 and the waiter just sat a tray full of food on the table and walked away. The hamburgers were not marked in anyway and we had to lift the bun to see which hamburger it was. And yet they want a tip!

Quick and easy drive thru lunch pickup. Staff were friendly yet professional. Food was delicious and cooked how we like it. Can't offer any improvements at this time because this lunch went exactly how I wanted it to go.

Cool place shocked at the price as I assumed it was going to be cheaper as I feel its branded and broadcasted as a 30$ order for 2 instead of 50$ , will say I feel the shakes are overpriced and just for me not worth it

Water stinks bad, inside the restaurant. The crew messes up our order 3 times. But overall the food was ok.

The absolute worst experience. The customer service was awful and the girl who took our order tonight had the worst attitude on top of getting our order wrong. The food was horrible too. I will not spend $30+ on food from here again.

So I have been to shake shack in new york and was very underwhelmed with the wesley chapel version in comparison the food was pricey and just okay considering I did like the vegetarian mushroom patty Great option for wanting a burger but not the meat didn't like having to use the kiosk and the staff didn't make taking an order an easy option. I did like that i think I saw drinks but otherwise a lackluster version of what I tried before.

Tried Shake Shack for the first time yesterday. The burger was ok, nothing to write home about. The cheese fries were horrible. I don't know who thought that American cheese cheddar cheese creamy combo sauce was a good idea but that person should be slapped. Absolutely disgusting. The staff was kind. Won't go out of my way to eat here again.
