This place is perfect! SoFresh offers fresh healthy meal options - exactly what this area was lacking. The owners are great people always welcoming their customers with a smile and perfect service. My favorite bowl is grilled chicken with zucchini noodles, sweet potatoes and broccoli covered with delicious citrus dressing. Always excited to visit and get a healthy nutritious meal at SoFresh in Lutz.
I love all the choices that you get to choose from to put in your bowl. And everything is so fresh and delicious! My favorite sauce is the basil pesto. It is exceptional!

This location is minutes away from our house and a great option for lunch or dinner. The food is always delicious and ready when we arrive. We love the Superfood bowl with your favorite protein.
