First time trying this locally owned restaurant. The food was very good! Very fresh and the chicken was cooked and seasoned perfectly. Will be back!

Food tasted fine but my bowl had BARELY any sweet potatoes and brocolli, I wish I took a photo …. I feel like it wasn’t worth $17 seemed like it was just chicken, quinoa and rice. My husbands also had basically NO veggies just noodles and meat.

My family loves this SoFresh location! The food is delicious with so many healthy options that everyone will eat. The owner, Victoria, is so kind and her staff is always warm and welcoming! You can tell she takes pride in her restaurant and in the quality of food that’s served. 10/10 in all ways!

So disappointed in this place! I used to live coming here and the quality of food has gotten worse and worse. I have even tried in several occasions to contact a manager, owner or supervisor and every time I cal no one can tell me leadership will be present. This last meal threw me over the edge and I probably won’t ever go back anymore. Recalling disappointed!

Staff were polite. Polite but super slow service. I ordered the Caesar wrap and the dressing came on the side which is bizarre. Trying to add dressing just resulted in a big ole mess, as the wrap fell apart after trying to open it up. I’ve never eaten a Caesar chicken wrap before with the dressing not in the actual wrap until here.

Love their clean food choices. The food is not oily, and very health conscious, while very delicious. For someone on the go as I am, I really appreciate the ability to have such healthy options and grab it to go. Wishing So Fresh continued success.

Not So Fresh . The broccoli was old & spoiled . We ordered 2 bowls & we are regulars . Go like once a week . We returned my wife’s which was the spoiled one & although bit wasn’t busy , I was done eating mine & hers still wasn’t ready . No apology or sense of immediacy from the employees who are obviously not well trained !! I will never go back !!!
Love their salad options. I have been coming here with my husband for about a year at least once a week! Always fresh and generous portions!

I put an order in online which included a bowl and a peanut butter date smoothie. After I drove 15 minutes home, I found several pieces of clear hard plastic in my smoothie.
Some of the pieces are quite small, but others are rather large. If not for being sick, I would’ve turned around and gone back.
I tried calling the store multiple times to no avail, there is no option to speak to someone as you are sent to voicemail each time. I tried all the options available without being able to speak to someone.
I left a voicemail about an hour ago and still have not heard anything back.
This is my first experience at So Fresh and I am less than impressed but also extremely concerned that I have ingested pieces of plastic.
I’ll be contacted the Department of Health in the morning.
Edit; two additional photos show several additional pieces of hard plastic. The largest was about the size of my thumb nail!
