I’m really frustrated with this Starbucks location. I keep paying for delivery, but they keep making a completely different drink from what I ordered. It feels like they don’t care and never pay attention to the details. Yes, I get a refund for the drink, but what about the delivery fee and the tip for the dasher, especially when I have to throw the drink away? This is not the first time this has happened. And on the rare occasion they get my drink right, they still forget something, like the cinnamon topping or the extra shot.

Waited 20 minutes for a grande matcha and this man thinks it’s okay to call the everyone in the lobby peasants and say “ let the peasants wait.” really???

Said they can’t scan my code when they scanned it a couple days before! They literally have no clue what they are doing at this Starbucks. Normally I have an amazing experience at a Starbucks in a Target, but this one is always a let down.

Always the best experience here. Coffee is always made right, and the staff is always friendly. Employees are always on the move and smiling, even during peak hours. Love coming to this location. :)

I know you are trying to cut back on straw usage, but I hate interrupting the staff to get a straw. They are always very busy. This is really something that could be avoided
I went there last week and didn’t know what to order, but the girl with the bluish green hair was super helpful in helping me decide what to get! She made me a peppermint mocha and it was the BESTTT. Amazing barista 5/5

Came for a coffee while doing my shopping at 9a on Wednesday 9/13 and had the best experience with Nick! Literally the best barista everrr! We knew exactly how to engage with guests and we even had a fun convo on my Lady Gaga GC - a classic! Best service I’ve received anywhere in a Long Time! Thank you Nick!
