Can't you tell the difference between cold and hot coffee? I bought hot coffee. When I got the coffee was cold, I went to tell their staff to change a cup of hot, their staff also give me a temper. The quality of the Starbucks staff is really poor.

I usually don’t have an issue here but when it comes to appreciating and the value of your regulars I felt truly disappointed. Free cup day is today and despite me coming here EVERY SINGLE DAY (not exaggerating) my drink did not qualify. It’s truly disappointing when you spend money everyday at a specific location and because you don’t get a specific drink you don’t qualify. Not cool. I told them I come here everyday and I don’t qualify ? Nothing but blank faces. Just very disappointed at what customer service has become.

He’s always in a great mood and very personable. I have to also give a shout out to Sarah and Belle! Those girls put in work and bring the personality. This Starbucks always seems to water down lemonade or açaí drinks…one was so weak it had no taste so I asked if it had water. The asst manager said it did not then started to remake one WITH water.

Do yourself a favor and don’t order here. Despite the fact that I called to confirm my mobile delivery order with a person INSIDE the store, I still got a completely wrong drink delivered. And after two weeks of getting run around to three different customer service departments, they decided I’m outside the window for a refund. Never mind the fact that I reported it right at delivery, sent in pictures and all just to be told there’s nothing they can do. How convenient.

This is the best Starbucks in this area and surrounding areas in my opinion. The General Manager (Wesley.. if I remember correctly) is always so helpful and kind. As well as the rest of the staff. Love this location.

Your typical Starbucks but this one seems a little cozier. Food and drinks are always good and the service was phenomenal here. Everyone is very friendly! This one's near my house and it's my favorite to come and work from.
