Was in town for a hockey tournament at AdventHealth Ice Arena. My wife and I took our daughter to Wawa for breakfast and we decided not to get anything b/c we wanted Starbucks coffee. I dropped them off and then came back across the highway to get our coffees.
I told the guy (he’s not a gentleman) I’d like 2 drinks…first one is a grande white chocolate mocha with oatmilk and an extra shot. The second one is and I specifically said “if you can’t make this - it’s fine…only 3 Starbucks has made it for me.” I’d like half coffee half white chocolate mocha extra hot extra shot.
He looked at me like I was an alien…he “said what do you want”
I repeated the order…he decided to take his head set off and literally toss it on the counter, give me a heavy sigh and say “how many drinks do you want!?”
Like I said in the beginning - if you can’t do it - that’s fine, but I definitely do not think I deserved that reaction.
So I said you know what, “I’ll just take a grande white chocolate mocha extra hot extra shot.”
I said sir, that’s what I want…he kept egging it on…I’m so upset typing this I can’t even tell you.

So I was so upset - I went back in later for another round of drinks in the afternoon and also asked to talk to a manager…and I told her exactly what I just wrote.

Her comment back was, “Well, I wasn’t here, so I don’t know what to tell you.”

Nothing out of the ordinary. This location is consistently disappointing. Staff act indifferent and more focused on chatting than preparing orders correctly. An $8 drink shouldn’t show up with a third of the cup filled with whipped cream instead of the actual beverage. That’s not a topping, that’s cutting corners.

The lack of urgency and basic customer respect feels like a management culture issue, not a one-time slip. If you value accuracy and service, choose a different Starbucks.

This place is turning 8 dollar drinks into a scam. What I received was mostly foam, and once it melted the cup was noticeably underfilled (photo attached). Filling the cup properly should be a standard, not a one off. This is not complicated. Make the drink correctly and consistently.

This feels like a lack of training plus a basic lack of care and pride in the work. And it comes across like management does not hold anyone accountable, so nobody bothers. Until that changes, I am not coming back.

Today was the final time I will be visiting Starbucks, and I am beyond disappointed in what this company has turned into.
I have reached out in the past regarding consistently poor quality drinks and was told that any issues need to be corrected on site at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, that is not realistic for me. I work in healthcare and often grab my drink on the way to the hospital. I do not have the time to turn around, go back inside, and ask for my drink to be remade when it is incorrect. Today was a very cold morning, and I thought it would be safe to order a hot chocolate. Instead, it tasted sour and completely undrinkable. Once again, I started my day with a wasted purchase and disappointment due to your product quality. This is not an isolated incident. It is part of a pattern. At this point, I no longer feel that Starbucks values customer service or consistency in its products. Given the price point and frequency of errors, I no longer see the value in continuing to support your company. I will be deleting my Starbucks app and closing my account.

We love starbucks and had never had a bad mocha before but unfortunately we got a spoiled one at this location.

My wife and I both agreed it tasted like spoiled milk. First time this happened! We'll be avoiding this location in the future.

Our next family food adventure take us to Starbucks located in Wesley chapel, tampa with a category 4.2 and more than 625, driving around and looking for a good cup of coffe my first idea is my favorite place Starbucks.
The place have a perfect location you have many option to visit after you finish drink or eat your snack or breakfast, the customer service was ok, with a lots option to seat while you enjoy what you order make the visit more confortable
The drink is ok not what a expect why because I order the same drink the white mocha with the same 5 pumas of white mocha & oatmilk.
And only my first try I known if the drink is not good.
The other two drink was perfect

Sometimes the service is good but they usually just respond with “mmhmm” and take forever. Disappointing

After shopping at Costco, I wanted coffee, so I went to Starbucks. I ordered a Hot Caffè Latte there.

My coffee order soon arrived, and I was able to make my way home. The coffee was both hot and delicious, exactly what I needed to boost my energy in the evening.

A Cortado is not a 16oz mug full of milk. It was a nice latte but not what I wanted. This is a 5oz drink of half coffee and half milk. Most SB employees really don't know the difference between the 15 variations of a milky coffee drink. But she made a good effort.

I don't know if it's a general starbucks policy, but I really need such loud music? I look at the customer profile. Lectures. Those who try to focus on their work are in the majority. Also, although the weather is hot, I'm sure those sitting in the open area are avoiding this disturbing noise. I think you should think about it...

This place always has staffing issues. This is not the first time I was not allowed in the lobby to order while the drive thru line was out to.the street. First time popping in in over a year. Never again.

Can't you tell the difference between cold and hot coffee? I bought hot coffee. When I got the coffee was cold, I went to tell their staff to change a cup of hot, their staff also give me a temper. The quality of the Starbucks staff is really poor.
