We had an amazing experience at this Starbucks! Olivia helped us and she is truly a wonderful store manager. She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit feel really welcoming. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers!

This is the second time I come here and my drink is super watery. So disappointing. Then when I ask for my drink to be made and for a manager because they didn’t want to redeem my points (which I’ve done here and at other locations) the girls laugh after they close the window. They even told me I couldn’t get a grande cup for a tall coffee sized order. Like what?

I would consider myself a regular, I come to this Starbucks 3-5 times a week during the school year, for the past 3 years! I love all of the staff and they make me feel so at home <3 I choose this Starbucks over the one closer to my house because of the baristas! Shout out to Hailey but there are many other baristas who make my day! This is my favorite place to come and do schoolwork!

This morning I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru- my first mistake. I understand it’s busy with the holiday drinks. I use to work at Starbucks I get it. I asked for a peppermint white mocha and extra toasted bacon bites and below is what they gave me. My coffee isn’t even fully full for waiting 20 minutes in the line I would expect it to be full. I did ask for my bacon bites to be cooked again and toasted like I asked and they did that for me which I appreciate but made it seem like it was my problem. For a long wait and a $12 bills I was hoping for little more.

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and exceptional service! Ordered the new Vanilla Protein Latte, it was brewed to absolute perfection! It tasted like an angel had come down from heaven and blessed my tastebuds. My only concern is that I can't come back every day for more😂! If you're in the area and looking for a delectable cup of coffee, this is the place to be! Oh, and don't even get me started on the service. The staff had huge smiles across their face as they took my order, and made my coffee in record time! Live, Laugh, Love, Latte!

Always busy here. But what stinks is needing to have a place to work where they block the charging ports so you can't just come in and do some work and enjoy a cup of coffee because policy is to prevent people from loitering. If I'm paying 6 dollars for a small coffee or tea, I expect to be able to sit down, charge my computer and enjoy my drink while doing work. Tbh.. Other coffee shops are better because of this. Never returning

Love this location! The team goes out of their way to welcome you and get to learn their regulars’ names. My order is never wrong and the one or two times it was, they remade it with a smile. ❤️
This is by far the worst Starbucks. Everytime we go here they never get the order right. The food and beverages are horrible. It's so bad, I started going to another coffee shop and avoid all Starbucks.

I just wanna say how much i loved the barista at the drive through. I think her name was hailey but i loved that didn't just close the door she kept it open and made conversation with me asking ab my day and just provided amazing service. It's not always about serving consumers but providing them a whole experience. So once again Hailey you rocked thank you so much and thank you for complementing my lashes ;)
