I’ll start off with saying that I’ve had my drink made wrong three times now. The food is fine. The worst part about this Starbucks is that I sit in a drive through line 30-40 min almost every time I go through. Going inside takes 20-30 min. They’re extremely under staffed and seem uneducated when it comes to making the drinks. Unfortunately, it’s the only Starbucks close to me and I have to continue getting bad service if I’m in the mood for Starbucks.

Food lacks any taste masked by a ridiculous amount of sugar and is overpriced for what you get. Staff has no idea what a man or woman is, neither does corporate. They insult you by writing a gender neutral name on your cup if your actual name clearly identifies as one gender. Avoid this place, go to Sips Coffee instead.

This location is notorious for not filling the drinks to the top. It’s very frustrating when you spend almost $7.00 for a coffee drink and their baristas don’t fill the cup to the rim.

Orders take forever to prepare. Today the coffee tasted terrible - a latte tasted burnt. I asked them to remake it, they did but no apology, no check in to see if the second one was any better…it wasn’t.Otherwise, location is great and atmosphere is nice.

I go through the drive thru pretty consistently. Unfortunately whoever makes the Frappuccinos is not consistent. It tastes different every time and not in a good way. I pay extra for syrups and sauce that they don't put in it. I tend to order a lot of creme Fraps which they will confuse with espresso ones. These drinks are too expensive for them not to get them right, especially because I like them Customized and hate when I just get a bland creme Frappuccino for more money.The people in the drive thru are always friendly though.
