After shopping, me and my boyfriend went to get some subway. Once we got there immediately off the bat, the employee serving us had informed us that they had certain ingredient but because she felt “it didn’t look good” she refused to give us the ingredients we wanted even after assuring her we were fine with having it. and then after the sandwich was made, me and my boyfriend noticed that as she rolled it, it was upside down and the ingredients had fallen out and into the paper. After telling her she said “it would be fine“ and didn’t fix it. Then to top off the already annoying interaction once it came time to pay, after my boyfriend had spent $100s on groceries she grilled him for having me pay??? and not in a funny sarcastic way, in a abrasive and condescending tone. I kid you not, she audibly said “Ohhh i see what happening here.”

My experience at this Subway left much to be desired. The overall cleanliness of the establishment was subpar, with tables that appeared to not have been properly wiped down and a noticeable lack of attention to detail in the food preparation area. The customer service was lacking, as I felt ignored and unacknowledged by the staff during my visit.
In terms of improvements, this Subway would benefit greatly from a thorough deep clean to enhance the dining experience for customers. Additionally, focusing on customer service training for the staff to ensure a more welcoming and attentive atmosphere would go a long way in improving overall satisfaction for patrons. Overall, there is significant room for growth and enhancement at this Subway location. This is by far the absolute worst subway ive ever visited.

I've only been in there once sense that nice redheaded young man was there . He always had good customer service and really kept it clean , now store is dirty, rude people or people that weren't trained very well not to mention management is trash talker.

After being cut in line by not only a Walmart employee but a complete random stranger as well...in full view of both of the Ladies working at that time...it took almost 25 minutes to get a single sub and they still managed to mess it up. The food was terrible and the customer service was even worse.

Erica is SOOOOO slow and charged my friend 19$ for a foot long meal and 2 cookies. Rang everything up separately…We were the only two in line 25 mins..??Other employees there but no one cared that service sucked as long as there was bread to make and meats to slice I guess…

I got food poisoning and the staff was nice except Erica she was very rude didn't listen about what I wanted on my sandwich gave meess then 6 inches and put mayo on my sandwich even though I specifically asked for none
