If you’re craving authentic Venezuelan food in Lutz, FL, Super Tequeño is a must-visit! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly service. The staff truly makes you feel like family, and the manager personally followed up after our meal to make sure everything was perfect — that level of care says it all.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was bursting with authentic Venezuelan flavor — perfectly seasoned, fresh, and full of that homemade touch. The tequeños were golden, crispy, and loaded with just the right amount of cheese, easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere in Tampa Bay. The arepas and pabellón criollo were incredible too — large portions, beautifully presented, and priced very reasonably.
Their lunch specials are unbeatable — generous servings at a great value, perfect for anyone looking for a delicious mid-day meal. The attention to detail in both taste and presentation really shows the pride they take in their cooking.
It’s rare to find a spot that combines authentic Venezuelan cuisine, large portions, excellent service, and a caring staff, but Super Tequeño delivers on all fronts. We’ll definitely be back soon — highly recommended for anyone in Lutz or the greater Tampa area looking for genuine Venezuelan comfort food!

Stopped for breakfast at Super Súper Tequeño in Lutz and had a great breakfast there and met the owner Roland Hernandez what a great place and friendly family run business! Do yourself a favor next time you are in Lutz and stop by for some great Authentic Venezuelan food! You will be glad you did!

Just discovered this gem. I've been traveling to get authentic Venezuelan food and now, with this place just 15 minutes from my house, I'll be back over and over and over. Everything was just phenomenal. Service is exceptional, the taste and quality of the meals were excellent. Highly recommend this place. De un caraqueño a un maracucho, great job.

Great food first time trying Venezuelan food and was impressed with the quality and quantity of food, empanadas were filling and tasty, arepas were crunchy, filling and flavorful. Passion fruit and soursop drinks tasted sooo good. Will be coming back again

DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE, they sold me the burnt cachapas, you couldn't even eat them, and when I called to complain, they told me "ah, but they were very burnt?" “That is to say, they were already aware of that and they still decided to sell them like that, and in the process they did not want to return me even half of the money. What a lack of respect and bad service.
