Amazing donuts that taste like real sweets again. I have missed donuts since having to give up gluten. This is a come back. The staff answers any questions and outside food isn't allowed so they fully control what comes in and no cross contact at all.
Cute, tucked away bakery on Colorado Springs Westside. The gingerbread cookies were delicious additions to weekday lunches. The chocolate raspberry cake slice was a perfect gluten free treat for dessert. Cinnamon roll was a hit with my son.

My 5 year old is diabetic and gluten free, Elizabeth's has been the most amazing find! The food is delicious if you like high quality, nutritious versions of cafe classics. Not only can my son order anything he wants because the entire menu is gluten free, but since they use whole grain flours and coconut sugar, everything is also quite low glycemic so it is easy on his blood sugar.
