Great place! Many different flavors to choose from and all fantastic. Staff was very friendly and let us conduct a fundraiser too. Overall would recommend. Great owner who was very helpful in the process and great job by the workers for all the support.š¦
We had our fundraiser here and it was honestly amazing. The staff was super nice and helped us with everything, so the whole event went really smoothly. The frozen yogurt was great, and everyone who came had a really fun time.
Weāre really thankful they let us do our fundraiser here, and we will definitely come back again. Totally recommend this place!
I walked into Sweet Frog expecting frozen yogurt.
I did not expect to be greeted by Ethan Bennett ā the hottest cashier this side of the toppings bar.
The man is so attractive I almost tripped over the sample cup stand. I swear the frozen yogurt machines froze extra just to stare. Even the spoons glowed like they were blessed by his presence.
Letās talk about his customer service skills though ā ridiculous.
Ethan rang up my order so smoothly it felt like he was speedrunning perfection. His āHi, welcome to Sweet Frogā had the same energy as an angel descending from heaven with a yogurt spoon in hand. Iām 99% sure my cup tasted better just because he handed it to me.
When he weighed my froyo, he did it with the precision of a NASA engineer.
When he handed me the receipt, I swear the air got warmer.
When he smiled, three people behind me fainted.
Sweet Frog is lucky, because Ethan Bennett is basically a limited-time attraction. You donāt go for the yogurt ā you go for the Ethan Experience.
.
Frozen yogurt: great.
Service: immaculate.
Ethan: illegally attractive and way too good at being a cashier
(Sydney was the only downside)
I was on the verge of quitting frozen yogurt forever until I met Ethan Bennettš¤ He is straight majesticš„¹š
Ethan Bennett isnāt just an employee ā heās the LeBron of Sweet Frog. The man swirls yogurt like heās signing a max contract. I asked how he got so good and he said, āI warm up by staring at the machine until it gets nervous.ā Inspirational.š„¹
When he added toppings, he whispered, āPrecision⦠like a squirrel doing taxes.ā I still donāt know what that means, but my cup looked elite. Then he told me, āThis yogurt is so good it could beat me in a footrace.ā Againāzero sense. Still impressive
Ethan at Sweet Frog was amazing. I wasnāt planning on eating frozen yogurt for the rest of my life, but the second I saw Ethan working, I suddenly wanted to eat it forever. He made my order exactly how I wanted it, was super friendly, and honestly worked so well he could probably fix my life choices too. If customer service were a sport, heād be the MVP. He layered the toppings so perfectly Iām convinced he uses a ruler, and the yogurt looked so good I almost took a pictureābut my stomach said, ānope, weāre eating now.ā
The only reason this isnāt a full 5-star review is because of the rude lady at the counter. She acted like smiling cost extra, and when I said āthank you,ā she looked at me like I asked for a loan. If attitude were a topping, she definitely gave me a double scoop.
Overall, Ethan completely saved the trip. Sweet Frog needs more Ethans and way fewer attitude sundaes.
Iām not sure if the Indian lady is the owner but she is very rude. Instead of greeting me when I entered she told me sheās only accepting cash several times after I acknowledged her and asked the employees to tell me the same thing. Mind you the sign was also on the door. Basically harassing me the entire time I was there. Literally came here after a long day of work and had my day ruined by her terrible energy. Then when I get to check out sheās taking on the phone over my yogurt and fidgeting with things while Iām trying to pay. No apologies just attitude. That is not how you run a business and Iām pretty sure you wonāt be in it for long unless you fix your attitude for your PAYING customers.
Ethan was such a joy to get my order taken. He made the Yogurt taste even better. Love sweet Frog and there employees!!!!
Update: Came back recently 9/10/2025. They close the bathrooms for the remainder of the night with no care about children or guest. It was not closed for cleaning. They also stated it would not be reopened for the remainder of the night. This WELL before closing. 745ish.
Don't go near closing. They will kick you out while your eating your frozen yogurt. I wont be back. Go elsewhere.
Dairy Queen right up the street from here, better Ice Cream its cheaper fresher and more selection. Over priced ice cream for what. And management are not knowledgeable. Poor Experience.
ample flavors & toppings

Good non-fat yogurt, minimal low sugar and no sugar free options for diabetics.
This place is mehā¦. Texture lacks consistency and seems different every visit. Customer service from the cashiers could always be friendlier. Not many froyo places around, so itās good enough.

We stopped by here after dinner. We arrived a little before closing and were the only ones here. Staff were friendly, but not that engaged. The Sweet Coconut was okay. The Cake Batter and Caramel Sea Salt went over well. There are multiple toppings to choose from. You pay by weight. It is a little pricy for what you get.
This is in a shopping plaza. There was plenty of parking when we went. Parking can be difficult during peak times.
