This Sierra Center location is horrible. Management doesn’t seem to care so I had to contact the corporate office. The cook does not know how to make a Cantina chicken crispy taco. I gave them a second chance, but have repeatedly gotten them where one side is burnt, and the other side is soggy and busted wide open. The girl that they have working, the drive-through is very rude and condescending as well. I will NOT be back to this location!

Miss Ma’am at the drive through window at 3:50pm on 11-25 was super rude and annoyed for having to do her job! Made some snarky comments to her coworkers right in front of me because she was mad that I wanted to make sure we had the two waters on my order before I paid!

yo the SLOWEST fast food service I've ever received.
manager was wearing sunglasses like he was sunbathing or maybe trying to be Usher at the club.
ordered food for me and my family at 7:54pm and didn't get my food until 8:32pm and to no surprise we were missing MANY items from our order.

We went through the drive through and they gave us someone else’s order. We called and they said to come back next day to get a refund. We show up and the manager tells us we’re at wrong location which we weren’t we had the receipt. Then when she finally gives us our money back she gave us all 1s. Come on. She didn’t have not one 5 or 10 dollar bill. Bad food and worse attitude!

I honestly don’t know how this Taco Bell is still open. They take at least 20-30 mins to get your order ready, EVERYTIME. I am not exaggerating. I don’t order from here but I know from doing Uber Eats. The Taco Bell down the road in Lutz is fast, good food, and good employees.
I ordered here 4 days ago now. My order was cold when received. They even said to wait 3 minutes and come back around. I call the lady that answered us named destiny she was very sweet and helpful. She said I can get a refund or the meal remade. So I got the meal remade. I go back for the meal two days later. And the food is warm, but I'm missing some of my order.

The young girl in drive thru. She gave me my cup I was inside she said a random name and I said do you mean Carie she said yeah WHATEVER. I said excuse me . I asked to speak to the manager. He didn't really seem to care . Then I could hear the other lady that was making the food . She was a white girl I could hear her saying she hates customers. Everyone was not professional. I don't know if this is corporate or franchise. But something needs to be done about the employee and how they speak to people
