Really satisfied with how my order was made compared to most taco bells every was fresh & correct
I am writing to complain about an employee at your Taco Bell location who openly used profanity while talking about me for ordering food. This happened while I was a paying customer, and I could clearly hear it.
There is absolutely no excuse for an employee to curse about a customer simply for placing an order. If someone cannot handle doing their job without being disrespectful, they should not be working in customer service. The behavior was childish, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
I did not come to Taco Bell to be mocked or sworn about for ordering food. This experience makes me question the standards you allow at your locations, and it reflects poorly on your brand.
I expect this issue to be addressed, because no customer should be treated this way.

I pulled up to the drive through and I am greeted and asked for my order. Now while it was late, and having worked in the restaurant business myself i can understand it gets frustrating, i order my food and I hear the response, “ You comin here late at night and you playin.” Now I’m not sure if the lady meant to mute her microphone and say that but nevertheless i heard it. I found this very unprofessional and I will not be returning to this location.

IF I COULD DO ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE. Placed a mobile pick up order for the lobby. Arrive at the location to a “closed lobby” i then proceed to be told to go through the drive thru. So i wait in line at the drive thru skip the speaker then get told that i will not receive my order because i didnt state my name in the speaker. And was told the only way i would get my order that i had already paid for was if i were to go back around wait in line again and state my name in the drive thru. Mind you this all is happening while they can see i have a 3 year old in the back seat. If google allowed videos youd see the recording but thatll be emailed to the district manager of this location when i make them aware that his employees stole $11 of food from me on 12/21/2025 at 2:50ish pm and refused to give me my order due to a “poor attitude” for skipping the speaker in the drive thru.

The guy on the speaker was rude . Has zero customer service. I was the only customer in the drive thru and the whole time I was there only 1 truck pulled in. The first interaction was pretty rude but I let it slide the second time he asks for a code /name . I told him I did a mobile order - I didn’t receive a code and before I could tell him my name , he interrupted me and says well then how do you want me to get you your order ,I restated I never received a code but this is my name , he goes oh pull forward. The passive aggressive behavior and responses , there’s no sense of urgency to be helpful or wait for a complete response- Being that I was 1/2 customers you should have better staff and I’m making sure corporate hears about this interaction. The guy was a large male with dreads .12/18 on the drive thru @ 8pm . - I also received the wrong size drink for my order.

Very disappointing experience. Today we were in a rush with no other dining options nearby, so we went to Taco Bell around 7:30 PM. We ordered the Crispy Chicken Avocado Ranch Burrito. When we got home, my kid took a bite and said he didn't like it. I tasted it myself and immediately noticed something was off—it had a strange taste. When I opened the burrito to check, it looked unappetizing and tasted even worse. We will never be going to Taco Bell again. To make matters worse, they charged us $50 for just a few items when the food used to be much cheaper. The service was also terrible—the worker was rude. I do not recommend this place at all.

This Taco Bell in New Tampa by Lutz, next to Costco, is fantastically good. Sometimes I just have to “run for the border” and grab my Taco Bell here. The restaurant is clean, the food is always fresh, and the staff do a great job every time I stop by after a Costco run.I also want to shout out Busch Nails & Lashes in the same area. Just like this Taco Bell, our nail salon is clean, professional, and focused on quality. People come from far away to get their nails done because they know they’ll get beautiful, long-lasting results. If you’re looking for a clean, modern nail salon near Costco and Taco Bell in New Tampa, come visit Busch Nails & Lashes – we go hand-in-hand with great food and great nails in one stop.

I ordered a Mexican pizza while traveling. The food quality was poor. It did not look like the normal ones do. It looked very sloppy. I took 3 bites and could not eat anymore because my stomach was upset immediately. After a few hours, I'm was convinced something was spoiled. I spent the rest of the night throwing up. I had nothing else to eat during the day to blame it on.
Late staff are great!! Excellent service

I placed a mobile order at this Taco Bell location, and once again, it was a huge disappointment. My food was barely warm when I received it. The Crunchwrap Supreme was mostly filled with lettuce and tomatoes with hardly any meat inside — it felt like I paid for a salad wrapped in a tortilla. The Cheesy Fiesta Potatoes were cold and stale, clearly having been sitting out for a while.
When I brought this up, one of the employees mentioned that they have to follow “strict portion instructions” from corporate — but if what I received is the standard, that’s absolutely unacceptable. There was so little meat in the Crunchwrap that it was almost invisible.
To make things worse, the assistant manager (or manager) came out to “assist” me, but his attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. He did offer to remake the food, but the tone and lack of genuine customer care made the experience even worse.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues at this Taco Bell location, but it will definitely be the last. The food quality, temperature, and portions are consistently below standard, and the customer service doesn’t make up for it.
I highly recommend avoiding this Taco Bell. You’ll end up with lukewarm food, skimpy portions, and frustration.

The staff here was super friendly and very helpful. Everyone was polite and in a good mood, even when we had an issue with our order due to the ridiculous kiosk setup it was corrected quickly and efficiently.
