Second time in one week that I’ve been to this exact, Taco Bell, and multiple people were smoking weed at the outdoor seating area where you pull up to order your food. I had two small children in the car. I didn’t appreciate all of the marijuana smoke and cigarette smoke entering my vehicle as I attempted to order my food And then got yelled at. This doesn’t seem like the Odessa Florida that we moved to a few years ago. This location has gone downhill very quickly and I do not recommend anyone order food or frequent this location.

Horrible employees. We went at 12am — two full hours before closing — and the store was clearly open with employees inside. They saw us, looked right at us, and still blatantly ignored us. Nobody came to the window, nobody took our order, nothing. Super unprofessional and rude. If you’re not going to serve customers during business hours, don’t advertise that you’re open until 2am. Won’t be coming back.

We went 12.15.24 at 1 am. They don’t close until 2. They play the stupid closed message but then jump on the speaker after we complain. The worst Taco Bell, closing an hour early. I wish we lived in an area that worked the hours they were supposed to. Laziness at its finest.

Order last night from Uber Eats. This location is just the worst! Always getting the order the wrong! How hard is it to put it in an big bowl all together! This made me so ANGER! I report it to Uber Eats, going to order from a better location if possible. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

This place sucks, I’ve come here countless times and almost every time my food is somehow cold, and usually made without the requests of no sour cream or tomato in my order. I personally have worked fast food but it’s ridiculous how inconsistent this place can possibly be. Anytime I have a problem they tell me to refer to the app instead of helping me in real time when I want a meal. No matter how long or short the line may be they will do nothing to help a customer out and make you feel stupid for ordering at this location with any possible requests that I would assume to be normal. I asked for nacho fries and they gave me the potato chunks with a ton of sour cream and told me to just deal with the fact they got my order wrong and and there was nothing I can do.
I have been a dedicated patron of this Taco Bell location, giving them multiple opportunities to fulfill my orders accurately. I anticipate my meal to be steaming hot and generously portioned and for the drive-through service to be enjoyable. Regrettably, this specific Taco Bell has continuously fallen short of meeting my standards, resulting in numerous revisits. Despite granting them ten chances, I am disheartened to admit that I cannot endorse this particular Taco Bell.
