THAI Chilli Pepper - Lutz

This was my first time ordering here, and it will definitely be my last. Their service was terrible—completely disrespectful and careless toward their customers. I called to order takeout and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived after 30 minutes, nothing was ready. I waited another 20 minutes and asked the front desk, only to be told they never said 20 minutes. After nearly an hour, I checked again and found out the kitchen hadn’t even started my order—it was completely missed. There was no apology, no sense of responsibility, and if I hadn’t kept asking, I’m afraid I would never have gotten my food.

As for the dishes, the portions were tiny for the high prices, and the taste was just average. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I will not be coming back.

This is an amazing Thai place. Evan is the best. As a vegetarian they have so many options and they can make most dishes vegetarian.

The fried tofu is very crispy and delicious. Portions are good size and spice level is on point.

Second time here and will definitely keep coming back.

Dakota was the worst server I have ever had. I come at least once a week and have never had had bad service until today. I love the food and I love the owner. But Dakota was the worst.

They are so sweet. Quick service. Mostly take out but stop in and enjoy the locals from Lutz that patronize the businesses in this plaza. Thank you for your service.

Our first time eating at this restaurant and we will definitely be back. The food was all absolutely delicious, perfect temperature and good portions. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make our experience a great one. Evan and Gary were such wonderful hosts, and such a great attitude. Great casual feel. Great experience overall.

Take out service on Mother’s Day Sucked. The cashier was rude and overwhelmed. Not my problem or others that came in after us. She took it out on all of us.

They must not need the business! We have tried to eat there twice about 30 to 45 minutes before closing and the first time the waitress told us we had to order fast because they were almost closing. The second time they said that it was togo only because it was almost closing time. Took my money elsewhere. Too bad because the food is good. Not going back again no matter what time it may be.

This is the BEST Thai food restaurant in Tampa. I'm visiting from NYC. And I come to this restaurant at least once a week. I love the curry soup and fried rice and pork. For dessert I had the sticky rice and mango.
Lea is the best waitress ever.
I recommend this restaurant. Come and try it. You will not be disappointed.
