This was hands down one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant.
We were told the wait time would be 15 minutes for a party of 3, including my 3-year-old toddler. Instead, we were forced to wait over an hour. After waiting far longer than promised, I went back to the host stand to ask what was going on—only to be told they had lost my name and phone number. No apology, no urgency, nothing.
What makes this even more infuriating is that when we were finally seated, there were plenty of empty tables available, especially in the outside seating area. So clearly, this wasn’t a space issue—it was pure disorganization and incompetence.
I asked to speak with the manager and explained the situation. His response? Absolutely nothing. No apology, no explanation, no attempt to make things right. Completely dismissive and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the food was terrible. The pasta carbonara was awful, bland and disappointing. And the cheesecake—supposedly what this place is famous for—was not good at all. My daughter loves sweets, and she wouldn’t even eat the dessert, which says everything.
They ruined the entire experience. The only reason we stayed was because it was already very late and my daughter needed to eat. By that point, I had completely lost my appetite.
If you value your time, especially if you’re dining with children, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. This place clearly does not care about its customers.

We were kicked out of the restaurant because my mother-in-laws service dog alerted her to take her medicine!! Horrible management because they should know how service dogs work!! My mother-in-law is from a different country visiting us and this was beyond embarrassing!! The manager lady wouldn’t even talk to us. I’ve never been treated so horribly at a restaurant. Really awful, just awful!!!

We are so upset!!! We were kicked out of the restaurant because my mom’s service dog was barking at her to take her medicine. We shouldn’t have to explain why she has to do that but the manager lady said that she can’t bark and walked off. She needs to be educated how service dogs work!! When we went back to tell her how outrageous this is but she walked off from us!!! She either needs to be fired or reeducated!! This is beyond infuriating!!!

Place is new , food is so so ! The cheesecakes are atrocious in price! Used to be $8.00 and larger piece and now it’s $12.50 a pop for the ones I got and the slices have shrunk! Really???? Three little slices of cheese cakes $39 and change ! Won’t be a next time
Also, to add in The spicy ginger beef platter I ordered was just drown in sweet brown sauce , a handful of chopped tenderloins ( some are badly burned ) ..$28 roundup Not recommending you guys this platter if you’re looking for a genuine spicy GINGER beef! Too costly for huge lump of white rice and few pieces of charred beef!

Silverware was dirty. Watched a waiter scrape stuff off someone elses silverware and put on another table. I asked for crab dip. Waitress did not understand and sent someone else to see if we wamted the crab dip or the spinach dip. Warm crab dip was good but croustades were soaked in grease. We asked for regular bread for dip. It came way after the dip was cold. Had to ask for another drink several times. We asked three times for order to be taken. I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo. They were out of fettuccine. I had ordered the penne pasta and the bowl was huge with a small amount pasta. 23.50 for 6oz of pasta with sauce. This was dissappointing. Not worth the money

Went for a company Christmas dinner-Our server was Jacobi. He was very attentive, friendly with excellent customer service. Will definitely go back and ask for him to be our server! Food was great and drinks were on point.
