Second time ordering from this location. Both times issues with online ordering. I had email confirmation of both orders; however, when I showed up both times they "didn't have my order". This place is a joke - shame because Wingstop wings are good. Won't come back.

Thought the ad for thighs looked interesting, so I ordered the plain and Hawaiian. I don't know how you can mess something up that badly. Breading tasted like hardtack and thighs were all dried out and stringy. I threw most of them away. Possibly the worst food I've ever gotten and I ate a lot of meals in Army mess tents.

They charge for water. Wings were alright but can't get over the fact that they charge for water. Never been anywhere that they charge for water unless they didn't have tap water. Also didn't like that the least amount of wings you can get without the combo is 10 and the blue cheese is a little pricy but can't blame the owner for that bc it's a corporate thing.

Had my son stop and get some wings on his way home from work. They sold him 24 boneless wings for $27 saying it was their best deal. I sent my son their big night bundle of 25 boneless for $17 and they refused to honor it or give him a refund because they already started the order. Too bad this is the way they handle customer service because the food was pretty good. But won't be going back after this treatment.

I have been ordering from our lutz Florida store since they opened. I sell for the largest Food Distributor in the world and understand wings at $4.00 per lb. but don't sell me jumbo wings and then tonight I get frozen mini wings, raise your price don't screw good customers. I will never order again.
Got a delivery order from here tonight... everything arrived hot, fresh, and on-time! We got wings, chicken fingers, fries, and corn. Everything tasted great. We will be back!

Customer service was terrible/disrespectful, waited almost an hour for our order after being told it would only take 14 minutes, wings were not very good, and definitely not worth over $50 for such an awful experience/low quality product. We will not be returning; although, will be sharing our negative experience.

Our new Wing Stop just opened last week. The wings are really good. I'm not much for spicy, so I went with Parmesan Garlic and Hawaiian. Both were excellent. A man waiting with me for his order sampled a lemon pepper wing and said it was the best he's ever tasted. Marcus is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I will definitely be back!
