visited 09/05/25 , tijuana flats has been a staple in my pregnancy journey. we frequent here lately. they went above and beyond to make sure i got what i wanted. small things make a big difference. the food is always made amazingly, never have been disappointed! thank you guys!

Food was good but employees let kid run all over fighting streaming..etc..like bad bad..and after asking they told me said sorry to customer rather thenn get ppl asking wild out..crazy to me..just get it to go..shit story I side

I don't normally leave reviews for restaurants, and I wasn't expecting too too much from this place, but I was blown away with this experience, from this type of place. We came to eat here at 5:30 p.m. Sunday and it wasn't too busy. An employee opened the door for us and handed us menus as soon as we got in. This is an order at the counter type of restaurant mind you. I ordered the cheesy steak flautas, and they were phenomenal. One of my new favorite foods no bullshit! 10 out of 10 guac too! While we were eating two different employees came up, at different times, and checked to see how the food was and if they could get us anything else or refill our drinks. Then while we were sitting there talking after having finished eating they came up and cleared the table for us. Every employee was smiling and being genuinely nice, and I'm not a friendly looking guy. No kidding, I have routinely gotten worse service at many of the sit down and order dinner type restaurants I go to. The food and the service were both so good that I got one of the employees to write down their names for me so I could include it in this review, and those 3 absolute rock stars were: Gabriel, Aliyah, and Brandon. I'm 100% going back soon and pointing anyone who asks me where to go, to come to this Tijuana flats!

I am only giving a three star review so that the general manager or owner of this establishment can see this. I placed my order online and the receipt said it would be ready at 7:06 and it wasn’t brought to me until 7:36. I know for sure this IS NOT the cooks or the staffs fault at all, it’s definitely the online ordering system. You guys need to do better for your staff. They work extremely hard and don’t deserve to be swamped because an online ordering system can’t properly filter incoming orders. Thank you again to the cooks and staff for managing this situation!!

Tijuana Flats is a good fast alternative to a sit-down Mexican dinner. Very fast and convenient. Love love the vast array of sauces they offer for toppings or dipping. Slap Me Sally is my favorite sauce. Place offers plenty of vegetarian options. Menu is full of Mexican favorites: tacos, burritos, salads, bowls, and more.
