Not happy with the decline in quality. Been going to this location for several years. The last 3 times we have ordered the food has steadily gotten worse. It used to be a go to spot in the rotation... there are other places that will be happy for my business.

We are regular customers however it has been some time we have come to this location. The food has gone so downhill, and the cost cutting is so apparent. The queso here used to be the best but now it is watered down and cold. I asked them to reheat the chips and queso and got the same dish back. They have clearly cut down sizes and entrees that are included in the specials. The atmosphere is ruined, they had bright white lights on. The service wasn’t great, mediocre at best. The beans are watered down too. If they are bankrupt they should just close the location instead of upsetting regular customers.

I recently visited Tijuana Flats for the first time, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences my family and I have had in a while! Although there was a small mistake with my order, the incredible service provided by the manager, Bee, and associate, Lauren, completely made up for it.
From the moment we arrived, Bee and Lauren went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. When the mistake with our order was brought to their attention, they immediately fixed it with no hesitation and even offered us a free dessert as a gesture of goodwill.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way Bee and Lauren handled the situation was a testament to their commitment to exceptional customer service. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive and memorable one.
Thank you, Bee and Lauren, for making our first visit to this Tijuana Flats location such a fantastic one. My family and I will definitely be back soon!

Updated review: The location should really consider going back to core values. Still have very friendly staff, but food is mediocre at best, no refills on cheese dip, limited supply of chips included with the cheese dip. Just not what it was. Already filed for bankruptcy, should consider that a warning of something is not right. Bring back what Tijuana Flats used to be!

I like this Tijuana Flats. The cashier was super nice, food is good, and there is outside setting so you can relax outside if you like. Plus they got my complicated order right which is always nice and shows attention to detail 😁
Much better experience this time than last time. They actually have a pick-up order sign now and took away the shelf so you have to ask for your order at the front and I was helped right away. Thank you!

I've always loved Tijuana Flats. I was so impressed with this location, because they opened with warm food and kind service after Hurricane Milton. It wasn't a full menu but just right for discouraged folks with no power and ruined food. I appreciate the help they provided in a hard time!

How does this place have 4 and 1/2 Stars? Lol This place is disgusting walls and all door knobs are slippery orders being brought back by customers not being correct. My order took 25 minutes for six tacos 🌮 I canceled the order and left this place is not worth anything horrible run establishment to say the least. First time and I didn't even get to try it! Other customers felt the same way orders take way too long and they're not correct.
