Love this place!!! We come here every week....it's our ritual after the Flying Squirrel....The food is delicious and the staff couldn't get any more amazing!!! Our fave is always Mikey, so nice and helpful. Portions are great and everything is very clean.

We are regular customers however it has been some time we have come to this location. The food has gone so downhill, and the cost cutting is so apparent. The queso here used to be the best but now it is watered down and cold. I asked them to reheat the chips and queso and got the same dish back. They have clearly cut down sizes and entrees that are included in the specials. The atmosphere is ruined, they had bright white lights on. The service wasn’t great, mediocre at best. The beans are watered down too. If they are bankrupt they should just close the location instead of upsetting regular customers.

I recently visited Tijuana Flats for the first time, and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences my family and I have had in a while! Although there was a small mistake with my order, the incredible service provided by the manager, Bee, and associate, Lauren, completely made up for it.
From the moment we arrived, Bee and Lauren went out of their way to ensure we felt welcomed and comfortable. They were attentive, friendly, and truly went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. When the mistake with our order was brought to their attention, they immediately fixed it with no hesitation and even offered us a free dessert as a gesture of goodwill.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but the way Bee and Lauren handled the situation was a testament to their commitment to exceptional customer service. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail turned what could have been a negative experience into a positive and memorable one.
Thank you, Bee and Lauren, for making our first visit to this Tijuana Flats location such a fantastic one. My family and I will definitely be back soon!

Still have very friendly staff, but food is mediocre at best, no refills on cheese dip, limited supply of chips included with the cheese dip. Just not what it was. Already filed for bankruptcy, should consider that a warning of something is not right. Bring back what Tijuana Flats used to be!
