Party of 3. Seated reasonably quick. Reviewed menu and ordered 2 Spaghettis, 1 with meat sauce and 1 with tomato sauce and meatballs, and Spigola Sofia (mahi mahi topped with shrimp and scallops in a lemon butter sauce). The salads were fresh spinach and lettuce and were brought out quickly and okay. Then garlic knots came - just okay. But then 15 minutes, 30, 45, 60, 1 hr, over an hour with NO FOOD. The waitress (who apparently worked there over 20 years according to the menu) barely checked on us, never apologized, made no offer to offset the wait such as a bowl of soup, etc. When we tried to talk to her she would over talk us before we could get a word out saying "it's coming, it's coming" and rush off. We couldn't even order anything to hold us over. We empathize with the stresses of being a server, but her approach made a bad situation far worse. Things happen behind the scenes that servers have no control of, but it takes very little effort to politely communicate and make the customer feel valued. The food: The spaghetti with the meatballs was good. The other spaghetti's meat sauce was overcooked and the sauce looked and tasted of it. The fish tasted okay but was dry, lemon sauce good. The shrimp and scallops were meh. This was our fourth visit and likely our last. The food has been fantastic to meh over the visits. The service has never been the greatest but last night was ridiculously poor. Unfortunately, consistency has not been a strength in our experiences.

We were seated and waited 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. Then after ordering, we waited another 45 minutes where our server didn't come to our table to check on us or offer a reason for the delay. I was this close to leaving until our food suddenly showed up. The dinner itself was very good, but I wish your server was just as good.

My family and I had a wonderful time here last night.  It was super busy (Friday night, obviously), but the hostess was very nice and helpful.  She got us a great table, and would visit us occasionally to check on us.  Our server was very pleasant as well, and delivered our entrees in a timely manner.  The food was absolutely delicious; definitely recommend the osso bucco.  It reminded me of our last family vacation to Italy.  Thank you guys for a memorable experience; we will return again!

We had a 7:30 PM reservation for six adults and a baby but were uncomfortably seated at a small table. Despite our willingness to accommodate, a misunderstanding with the hostess led to further seating issues. Service was notably slow; it took an extensive period to place our order without menus, and our food arrived significantly late, leaving us without basic essentials like adequate napkins. Notably, we were not the only patrons affected; several other tables also experienced delays. Our evening extended until the restaurant’s closing time, without any acknowledgment or attempt to remedy the prolonged wait and service mishaps. Given the lack of initiative to address these issues, I regretfully advise against this establishment.

Wonderful restaurant; my family and I had dinner there for the first time on Thursday evening. The food was absolutely delicious. They even have live music there as well; I especially enjoyed the guy and girl duet singing some of my favorite songs (great voices!) Will come back again

Authentic Italian cuisine. The ambience perfect, dinner by candlelight amazing… this place is a treasure! I asked my server to choose my dinner, I wanted the best experience for a first time experience. He brought me a clam pasta dish and it was absolutely amazing. Delicious! Excellent service. A beautiful experience.
