Worst service at a fast food restaurant that I have ever experienced. Multiple cars in line pulling out due to extreme waits, I originally thought they were simply impatient. I get to the speaker and am asked to wait a minute, ok... 15 minutes later another vehicle pulls around me and gets service, I only got to place my order after becoming insistent on the speaker.When I finally got my order, the fries were fresh but extremely over salted, and my bun had a rubbery texture like it had been in a microwave for a short time before serving.I would recommend choosing any other restaurant in the area, you'll get faster service in a sit down dine in restaurant than you will at this one.

Extremely slow service. There were virtually zero other customers inside the lobby and at the drive thru and It still took twenty minutes to make a couple burgers and a potato

Ordered 20 nuggets got 15. I’d trust better number calculations from a blindfolded inebriated Count Dracula using an abacus. If I wanted to be disappointed missing a quarter of something I’d be watching the 2017 Super Bowl as a falcons fan.

Just moved down the street from this Wendy's and it was my first time going there through the drive thru. I have never had a "fast food" experience like this in my life! After waiting in the drive through for about 20 minutes, in which time we only moved 3 cars, my wife got out and went inside to complain. The response she received was "the next time this happens, just come inside." So they are planning on this happening again in the future?!?! Terrible customer service and after reading the other reviews this is not a "one-off" experience. This Wendy's needs some serious help.With all that said, the food was typical Wendy's, which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star for the outrageous wait.

Absolutely insane that I sat in the drive through for over 15 minutes. I saw ONE car get handed their food for the 15 minutes I was in line. Ended up leaving. Definitely won’t be back.

ABSOLUTELY WORSE WENDYS EXPERIENCE! We went through the drive thru at 11:00pm on 11/30/ 2023. Not ONLY did they ask us our order number when there was NO ONE else in the drive thru, but they added other items to our order. 45$ for 3 sandwiches and 2 order of fries? I don't think so!!!!!!! So we checked or receipt and it had ADDED items!! We the asked them for a full refund for the WHOLE order, because we NO LONGER wanted our food. The "Manager" come over to the drive thru and proceeded to give us our refund, but he did NOT give us a receipt. So, we then had to ask the cashier for our receipt so we had record of our refund.SO, WE WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS WENDYS!! EVER!!
