I won’t be doing business with this location anymore as the past 3 mobile orders have all had missing items in them. I get that it’s fast food but 3 wrong orders in a row is unacceptable.

Tried ordering breakfast items on the site which they weren’t there and I even called several times on the drive over there because the site wouldn’t allow an order no answer whatsoever even after ringing 10 times or more. Got there at 10:33 and was basically told they didn’t care and were completely unable to make ANY breakfast items even after 10:30 even though it was 3 mins past. Then the manager seemingly cut off another employee and gave me an attitude after I asked I understood and I could just wait if it was acceptable, I explained about the website not allowing it 20 mins prior when I was at home and not wanting to rush going there because I wanted to out an order in prior to the 10:30. ZERO customer service. I can’t even rate the food because it was never given to me after literally getting there at 10:33. Min of 30 mins of my day wasted driving there and back with nothing to show for it. Poor customer service!!! It’s no wonder the locations are closing around the country with this type of service.

i came in late one night and asked for a plain baconator, literally makes there job easier for them because they don’t have to put condiments on my sandwich, i get home with it and it has the condiments, for what purpose did you add it for, can you not see i ordered it plain.

A young man around 16-17 with shaggy blond hair made me wait 20 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and laughed in my face when I asked about them and when I asked if something was funny he said yes and walked off.
I’m not a fan of Wendy’s. But it’s a favorite spot of a dear friend. She lit up when I brought her the burger and I was impressed with the quality of the hamburger. Made her day.

Great service from the management here. One time they forgot my nuggets, so I kindly asked for them, and he just gave me a whole nother meal instead! I didn't eat it all and gave it to my dad but thanks!! Food is great as long as you don't go past 10pm.
