Terrible experience, food was cold and poorly prepared, asked for my breakfast burrito to be warmed up and was told there was no way and looked at me like I was the problem because I wanted a warm burrito that I paid for. Our tray was filthy, no one at the counter, had to wait. Will never eat at this Wendy's or any Wendy's ever again.

53 mins to get food for 2 adults and 2 kids! No sorry. No effort to make it right. Rude girl at the counter. This place straight up sucks. I dont expect much from a fast food restaurant but they failed to meet even the lowest of expectations.

Tried to dine in on Friday night. The sign said the lobby was open till 11pm but with no sign saying otherwise it was closed at 9pm.

This is the worst Wendy’s I ever been to I mean the worst they gave me stale tortilla chips and I ask for a taco salad and I spent almost 50 dollars in there and they piss me off

Received wrong item. Wendy’s Employee was not able to fix items since this store has been unable to provide receipts to any customers at the drive thru, for any purchases, and confirmed they have not been able to provide receipts for over a week. Wendy’s employee wanted to give a fake receipt. Please check your bank statement!!

Last 4 visits, when I went to this location, the service was fast and friendly. I have no complaints, one of the biggest compliments I have is my fries was hot each time, which is one of my pet peeves.
