Nothing like getting the door shut on your face and locked then after exiting the drive thru see them letting other people in... Too it off food was cold.

53 mins to get food for 2 adults and 2 kids! No sorry. No effort to make it right. Rude girl at the counter. This place straight up sucks. I dont expect much from a fast food restaurant but they failed to meet even the lowest of expectations.

Tried to dine in on Friday night. The sign said the lobby was open till 11pm but with no sign saying otherwise it was closed at 9pm.

This is the worst Wendy’s I ever been to I mean the worst they gave me stale tortilla chips and I ask for a taco salad and I spent almost 50 dollars in there and they piss me off

Received wrong item. Wendy’s Employee was not able to fix items since this store has been unable to provide receipts to any customers at the drive thru, for any purchases, and confirmed they have not been able to provide receipts for over a week. Wendy’s employee wanted to give a fake receipt. Please check your bank statement!!

Last 4 visits, when I went to this location, the service was fast and friendly. I have no complaints, one of the biggest compliments I have is my fries was hot each time, which is one of my pet peeves.

I don't know how this place gets 4 stars. I have never had a more disgusting burger. One side of the bun was hard as a rock and when I bit into the softer side a sour odor and taste came out of it. So gross. The fries were dry and chewy. Several of the employees were shouting at each other ( it didn't seem like an argument but more of their normal conversational volume) had to raise my volume to near shouting to be heard by the person standing in front of me taking my order. Wanted to do the Wendy's survey but the receipt came out unreadable bc the ink needed changed. I could barely see the the time stamp and it was incorrect. Also, after running my credit card and getting my food and drinks the cashier then tells me that my card didn't go through. I heard it beep when I scanned it and she didn't tell me then. Weird. Guess I need to check my bank account. Anyway, that's the last time I eat at ANY Wendy's much less this one. It's been going down hill for quite awhile now.

I won’t be doing business with this location anymore as the past 3 mobile orders have all had missing items in them. I get that it’s fast food but 3 wrong orders in a row is unacceptable.

Tried ordering breakfast items on the site which they weren’t there and I even called several times on the drive over there because the site wouldn’t allow an order no answer whatsoever even after ringing 10 times or more. Got there at 10:33 and was basically told they didn’t care and were completely unable to make ANY breakfast items even after 10:30 even though it was 3 mins past. Then the manager seemingly cut off another employee and gave me an attitude after I asked I understood and I could just wait if it was acceptable, I explained about the website not allowing it 20 mins prior when I was at home and not wanting to rush going there because I wanted to out an order in prior to the 10:30. ZERO customer service. I can’t even rate the food because it was never given to me after literally getting there at 10:33. Min of 30 mins of my day wasted driving there and back with nothing to show for it. Poor customer service!!! It’s no wonder the locations are closing around the country with this type of service.
