Great service from the management here. One time they forgot my nuggets, so I kindly asked for them, and he just gave me a whole nother meal instead! I didn't eat it all and gave it to my dad but thanks!! Food is great as long as you don't go past 10pm.

This place has sucked the last 3 times I’ve been here… Came tonight for a late night snack because we were hungry. Was told they don’t have frostys for the night… Was also given a cup with soda spilled all over it. On top of my bag having a huge hole in it and my food falling all over me… the kid asked why did I want another bag to hold my food… um maybe because the one you gave me has a huge rip. Was given a second bag with another rip.. Such a shame. Won’t be coming back.

I went here last night (3/2/25) and got a panko fish sandwich and a baconator. They told me the fish sandwich would need 4 minutes to be made fresh, ok cool. I pull forward and end up waiting like 15 minutes before I end up just reversing back to the empty window. When someone came to the window I was given my food that had already been bagged and ready... Oh well not a huge deal. What WAS a problem however was the 2 sandwiches! The panko fish was left frying way too long and was burned and tough on the outside. The baconator is easy to get right, but mine was piss poor. The bread was stale, the beef was not cooked fresh and was dried out and had 0% juiciness. There was only a skimpy amount of bacon on it too! I get baconators all the time at other Wendy's, and this is the worst one I've ever had. If they don't plan on making me whole again in this matter, then me and mine will be avoiding this location like the plague; and telling everyone who will listen that this is the worst Wendy's in Tampa!

Well you know, it's fast food. The best you can expect is that it's clean and won't kill you right away.
My wife and I had a Dave's Double, because we had a coupon.
On the positive side: The beef was good. I liked it. That was the best part. The burger was filling. On the negative side: The bun was too soft and kind of disintegrated. The condiments were a bit goopy.
With a good coupon, I might have it again one day.
Drink machine is nasty. Most of the soda on the machine is dried up so it’s been sitting for a long time. Floors are slick like they mop the floor with the same mop as the kitchen. Floor is dry but very very slippery. Seats and tables are clean. The men’s bathroom floor is even worse. It’s dry but extremely slippery like it’s covered in grease. There is a leak in the roof and water leaking onto the floor in one spot. Unmarked and waiting for someone to slip. Very disappointing to see a full staffed store with 2 customers and it’s in this condition. Probably going to be my last time at a Wendy’s.

The AI in the drive through is terrible and I had to fix my order at the window. In which I was made to feel like an inconvenience to the young girl working the drive through. Never coming back and it’s a shame. I used to like this place.
