I LOVE white duck. The girls here are very nice and good with surprise drinks if you’re not sure of what you want. Prices are great, always friendly, the coffee taste great. 10/10

I did not know exactly what I wanted, but I asked for something chocolatey. The friendly server suggested a mocha, and I got one with a chocolate drizzle which turned out super yummy. Also tried the cinnamon mini doughnuts and they hit the spot; they were quite sweet (which I personally loved), and super fresh. I went on a weekday after work and there was no line. 10/10 for taste, service, and value. I will be back many times

I have never in the past 5 years had an unpleasant experience with White Duck until I visited the Lutz location. My first experience and it will be my last with this location. First, the young lady taking our order was helpful. Then her mood changed when my son got out of the car to throw something away. She walked into the building slamming the door returning with a sign for the bins. She could have simply advised us not to use the bins outside. Her aggressive actions were not needed. Second, we get to the window. I ask to give my phone number to use my points. I was rudely advised the number would be taken at the end. The total was $23 and some change. I stated I wanted to get the free drink with my points. I was asked for my number. Then advised with the free drink it was $15 and some change again. The gift card I had was for $20. The card was used and handed back then the young lady said oh you own $3 and some change. I said wait, how? I was advised with the free drink it was still $23. Not making any sense and not getting much attention from the barista. I gave $4 and even a tip. I checked my account and my points weren’t taken. No receipt. I still have the free drink. Great! But that isn’t the point. The lack of knowledge, care, and the attitude was absolutely appalling. I have told so many of my friends and family to try White Duck. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising. The other two locations are absolutely amazing! I’m disheartened greatly by the actions of the employees at the Lutz location.

As a Washington state native, White Duck is the closest thing in Tampa that I have found that gives me the real Pacific Northwest espresso stand experience… iykyk- it’s just different out there. However, on the morning of October 5th, 2025 around 9am, I was having a very dark morning. I thought that I had regained my composure enough to go buy a coffee, for some comfort. I was wrong, I couldn’t stop the endless tears and sobbing as I went to order my coffee. The barista inside the window was hands down the most compassionate and caring person I’ve ever come across in the food industry. At a moment of need, I found myself getting coffee from a beautiful empath, making a new meaning to “comfort food”. I don’t know her name, but she was the quiet in my storm, who slowed down long enough to make me feel seen. A total stranger made my day take a turn for the better, and I’m grateful for her. I understand this is a lot of emotional words for a coffee stand review, but it’s just to say, this is some great coffee and some good people. My forever Sunday ritual. Thank you!
