Hands down the best coffee I’ve had in the world. Yes that’s a big statement but I’m sticking by it. I’ve been three times and ordered the vanilla iced latte, and it comes out exactly the same each time. Consistent, fast, and the people that work there are really cool too.

Wait? They have food, too? I had no idea. White Duck is amazing, especially their lattes! My one complaint... have 2 drive-thrus with future locations because the word is out and everyone wants White Duck, but the long line has turned me away a few times. Oh and more locations... seriously the best coffee I've had in a long time and I drink coffee daily!

I am so thankful. They opened up the new location on Little Road! This staff there is absolutely incredible. Every single individual I have come encounter with have just the absolute best. Customer service. I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my 37 years of living. Better value in quality than Starbucks or Dunkin. It’s really hard to find such good quality along side, five star, hospitality, and Service. I cannot rave about them enough, and I should’ve left at least 10 reviews already because I’ve been there 10x at least some I moved to this area. Thank you so much White duck Little Road. I will see you soon. 🦆 🧋

Umami Sushi absolutely loves white duck the employees are fantastic. We probably buy 50 drinks at least a week from here, but we do have one complaint and this is to the owners. Can we please get your employees that are working outside some type of awning at least some type of beach umbrella stick it in the ground it’s Florida. There’s heat advisories every day. Let’s not wait until somebody passes out and dies before we protect our people from the heat!
This is my favorite coffee place in the area! It's always quick, there are SO many options to choose from, and everything I've tried has been delicious. I like that if you don't know what you want, you can give them an idea like sweet or chocolaty and they'll come up with a yummy creation for you. Everyone is so friendly and I've never had to wait for more than a couple minutes (although I do avoid the long lines on the weekend).
I love the reward system and that they can automatically apply your points with your credit card info so you don't have to enter information every time. They tell you each visit how many points you have and when your next reward will be. It also sends you a text with your points and receipt. They also give you pup cups and tell you how cute your babies are which is always a plus.
As far as the coffee goes, 5 stars! I have not yet tried their food.
There are a couple of things that almost led me to give a 4 star rating, but the overall experience is exceptional. One is that they don't have a menu outside. I always pull up the online menu on my phone before I get there, but I'd prefer having a sign to look at. Although the employees are very helpful, it was intimidating my first time not having a menu to look at, especially with soo many options. I believe they'll hand you a paper menu, but I'd feel too rushed. They really cater towards extroverted customers but should also realize not everyone is the same. It's also a little off putting that they directly ask you if you'd like to leave a tip every time. I hope the workers are getting paid a fair wage and don't rely on tips, but it's obvious that they're required to ask every customer for gratuity. Since they are always so friendly, I'm happy to give them something, but the fact that they have to ask you directly makes me question the owner's intentions.
If you haven't tried White Duck yet I would 100% recommend! It's my favorite place and I'm excited every time I get to visit!

Outstanding service and a great first experience! The staff member at the window was incredibly helpful and made a real effort to connect through friendly conversation while I waited for my order. I went with the Cookies and Cream Espresso Shake! It was amazing! For my first visit, this place easily earns a 10/10. I’ll definitely be back soon!
