I LOVE white duck. The girls here are very nice and good with surprise drinks if you’re not sure of what you want. Prices are great, always friendly, the coffee taste great. 10/10
I did not know exactly what I wanted, but I asked for something chocolatey. The friendly server suggested a mocha, and I got one with a chocolate drizzle which turned out super yummy. Also tried the cinnamon mini doughnuts and they hit the spot; they were quite sweet (which I personally loved), and super fresh. I went on a weekday after work and there was no line. 10/10 for taste, service, and value. I will be back many times
I have never in the past 5 years had an unpleasant experience with White Duck until I visited the Lutz location. My first experience and it will be my last with this location.
First, the young lady taking our order was helpful. Then her mood changed when my son got out of the car to throw something away. She walked into the building slamming the door returning with a sign for the bins. She could have simply advised us not to use the bins outside. Her aggressive actions...
